SUBJECT: Parian
Documentation
The following Dossier is based on information gathered by our operatives on the metahuman known as Parian. The subject is young, reclusive, and powerful, not to mention the daughter of a known Class A Threat. (see case file 0034289 COUNT DROSSELMEYER.)
Despite these rather incriminating facts, it is in our opinion that Parian is not a threat to the United States. She has been observed as possessing patience and is very level headed despite her youth. She shows no signs of taking on her father's mantle of villainy, nor does she show any psychological leanings towards criminal activity. In fact, Parian has aided local law enforcement in apprehending criminals on numerous occasions.

He even made inroads into North America, his organization being responsible for the Concord Hellgate incident. (see case file 3110037-1A) Count Drosselmeyer would have most likely set up a criminal presence within the United States if it wasn't for his timely death in 2013, a death that his daughter Therese was rumored to be responsible for.

- name - Your character's name. This will appear in big bold letters.

If it's too wide (or too small) it will be automatically shrunken (or expanded) to the appropriate size (but clicking on the image will display the actual image rather than the adjusted version). If you have no image, don't include this parameter and it will default to a placeholder image instead.
- caption - Text that goes right beneath the image, if you think the image requires further commentary. If not, don't include this parameter and there will be no text in the block below the image.
