Immediately Sallah became not only self aware but possessed of incredible mental abilities. Despite this he was naive about the ways of man and was captured and displayed as a local curiousity. Eventually Sallah persuaded a visiting anthropology professor to rescue him and so found himself in Millennium City. Sallah soon took to wearing human clothes and could often be found in the University library poring over stacks of books on different subjects. Ultimately Sallah has decided to put his mental abilities to philanthropic purpose and intends to protect the denizens of his new home from the urban jungle's own predators.
