Appearance

He looks like a brown/orange scaly dino man of around 6 and a half feet (2 meters), features a dinosaur like head, a big long fin that runs across the head from his forehead to the back of his neck, two long tusks, a couple of spines on his chin, he has one fin in both of his elbows, a thick tail with a fin at its tip. His feet are big sharp reptilian claws.

Psyche

He acts like a calm and somewhat clumsy person, as if before he had not had any experience in socializing, a little without sense but fun. He seems to be motivated by the need to express himself and make a difference, making people feel comfortable in any situation. He focuses a lot on his tastes for music and art, and sometimes he starts contemplating the horizon, he has only made known that he thinks different things while doing this. He mentions that it was a scientist and a robot who took care of the subject, although the true identity of them is not known. They took care of him through his whole life until the escape event.

According to him, he freed himself from captivity thanks to his powers, motivated by the injustice he sees in the world. At first K-V0360 came as a homeless bum, but after earning his reputation as the hero he is, he has been assigned to be guarded by other volunteer heroes. As for the laboraty that he claims to be the place where he came from, there is nothing but ruins of a facility, further tests revealed out of the ordinary levels of radiation.

He claims to be the father of a lot of other Heroes and Villains that are actually registered, some are related to each other and some are not. It should be considered that he mentions that a few of his sons are "yet to be revealed to the public", making the government aware that there is a lot of hidden subjects with superpowers. Even not knowing the whereabouts of the hidden ones, each and every one of the known ones are reptiles, it is highly likely that the rest are reptiles as well but this should not be considered an assumption.

When it's about Kaiju's enemies, one should just start looking at the biggest threats like other kaijus, those are the only ones that can put some damage on these giant creatures. To the right there is a list of the biggest enemies that have been recorded making significant damage to the subject.

The Mechateddy is a unique monster unleashed upon Millennium City by his creator, Black Harlequin.	It's a sinister creature formed of Qliphotic energy and animated by magic.	A giant robot used by Dr. Destroyer.	A powerful artificial intelligence dedicated to exterminate organic life.	A mad scientist obsessed with genetic perfection.	A 4 armed green superhuman that roams around the desert.
A cold demon that can be seen around Canada.	A giant ape that was once a noble manimal.	A giant mutant dinosaur that roams around Monster Island.	This was a monster made of stone and sea weed that was used by the Lemurians to cause a rampage on Millennium City.	He is a fallen angel/demon hybrid.

General Perception

The citizens of various places around the globe think of him as a menace because of his powers and the way he deals with different villains. Because of this, he usually goes low profile whenever he's in public. the mass media would portrait him as an "uncontrolled beast that would unconsciously help heroes for his own benefit". People would just assume he wants to get everyone's attention.
