in the Year 2099 Argent created a machine, a Cyber-Demon that is programmed to kill any heroes from that vary timeline, however he found a new purpose, corrupting technology into his own will, so he went rouge and turned millennium city 2099 into his very own cyber-hell, the Ripson twins (Dreadfool 2099) were tasked to eliminate Argent in order to prevent Blackwake to ever be Created. but not until Blackwake kills their ancestor, the first Dreadfool.
