| Hoverdisc - Theo uses a repulsorlift disc capable of travelling up to 150 mph. It carries a variety of inbuilt weapons and devices, such as a force field emitter, stunweb launcher, antipersonnel & gas mini-missiles and more. It has a full suite of sensors and some basic lab equipment, allowing Theo to work in the field. Various modules can be swapped out to give the disc different functionality for specific missions, like holographic camouflage. Pulse Rifle - Theo's weapon of choice is a plasma particle rifle, capable of stunning or killing damage as needed. It has a variable beam aperature, able to fire in a tight or wide beam, and uses a compact power pack that can sustain about 100 shots. He keeps extra packs on his person, as well as on his hoverdisc, along with a charging unit. Theo will often be carrying additional equipment, scanners, etc. too numerous to lay out here. | ||||||||||

History: Theo is a clone of Dr. Silverback, famed scientist and inventor. He was created by VIPER as one of the first of a new breed of manimals, to lend their talents to the VIPER cause.
Theo was a mental prodigy, and he absorbed knowledge at a profound rate. Despite many attempts to indoctrinate him to the VIPER cause, he resisted all attempts, preferring to use his genius for the good of mankind.
There is something from this time that Theo rarely speaks of, where one of his inventions was used horrifically without his knowledge. This has prompted him to design in multiple safeguards into his technology so it can never be abused again.
It was deemed that his creation was a failure and he was to be terminated, but shortly before that happened, a team of heroes broke into the base, seeking one of their teammates. Theo offered his assistance in exchange for his freedom and with his help the VIPER lab and all the staff were captured.
Theo was able to arrange a meeting with his progenitor, Dr. Silverback, who was surprisingly accepting of his young clone. Offering him enough resources to begin his own endeavors into scientific research, the two keep in close contact to share their latest discoveries and important hero news.
