Pearl's life was the same as most other gynoids in Snake Gulch, dancing to the automated piano in the saloon. Often being broken, blown up, and occasionally knocked through walls when unruley hero's burst into the saloon. She knew of no other existence and so it meant little to her, just another day at the office.
During the hot summer in the desert, she was starting up her nightly routine after having just been rebuilt from an incident with Grond landing on the saloon itself. The door, as often was the case, was smashed in, splinters and rivets flying everywhere, as a Robotic Cowboy was thrown into the far wall.
A large mechanical cow stepped over the debree to continue the fight. The robotic duo caused massive amounts of destruction as their duel escalated. When suddenly she was struck with the flying body of the mechanical bessy smashed into her, crushing her between it and the wall. Just another night in the saloon crossed her processor, shutting down before the vocalizer was able to relay the message.
As she was powered on, now fully repaired, she had a new sensation. The upgraded A.I. meant to destroy the robot cowboy, Video, had attempted to save itself by transmitting itself to the nearest machine. Only a part of the code had been transmitted, causing Pearl to now believe she was Belle Steele. She new the cowboy was familiar and had a strong connection to him, and this led to her belief that they were tied to each other. She followed him to Millenium City, and then to his home, and now she joins him in his fight for justice, truth, and the old west code.
