Background and Origin

Background

Once upon a time, there was a very, very angry member of DEMON. He was so angry, that he wanted to kill one of his superiors, and was willing to make a deal with a devil to do it.

Unfortunately, this wizard of DEMON was not very good with the whole summoning thing, and instead of conjuring a Bale, as he was intending, he instead got a frail, skinny little girl-demon, that was not in the slightest bit impressive.

So he grabbed her by the scruff of the neck, and would have thrown her own the nearest window, if she hadn't defended herself and sucked his body dry of every last bit of life energy, leaving him a lifeless husk on the floor of his chantry dorm.

After stealing some clothes from his wardrobe, which was a Japanese schoolgirl fuku costume (creepy, eh?), she escaped. She has wandered the city, doing little odd jobs and being thoroughly confused, as devils usually have orders or 'geas' attached to them, and she was lacking this supernatural aspect.

Most people will point at her and say 'That Little Devil', especially if she's done something wrong. As she has no other way of knowing, she has assumed that this is her name.

More recently, she decided that her informal name is 'Tali'.

Powers, Skills, and Attributes

Powers

Infernal Energy Expulsion - TLD can unleash unpleasant quantities of infernal energy, that cause life-energy to be drained from her targets.

Regeneration - TLD has supernatural levels of regeneration, and can share this with others when using some of her life-draining powers.

Flight - TLD possesses a pair of leathery wings, that give her good flight capabilities.

Limited Shape-shifting - If she makes some effort, TLD can transform herself into a normal human child, although the duration of this power is highly variable, and usually unreliable.

Skills

PacMan™ - TLD is quite good at this classic computer game.

Attributes

Supernatural Strength - TLD is strong enough to lift and hurl a loaded Semi.

Supernatural Endurance - While she does sleep, there is absolutely no reason why TLD could not be active near-indefinitely. A week of constant activity is certainly within her capabilities.
