((SERIOUS Work in Progress. Sorry it doesn't look too good at the moment.))
While Dylan Korrington's father was a noted meteorologist, he was a hockey jock. Despite what you might think, he got along well enough with him, even helping out in his father's experiments. Occasionally, during his teen years, he would help his old man build a sophisticated weather machine which was meant to be used to divert storms away from populated areas. Despite not completely inheriting his father's interest in science, he respected him for his altruism. However, late into the project's developmental stages, one night, he overheard some people arguing with his father, resulting in the project getting scrapped, and ultimately forgotten. Years later, when Dylan turned twenty-one, a bunch of gun-toting lizardmen in black and red uniforms burned down their home, killed his father, and stole his research. The week after it happened, agents from INTERPOL came and told him that his father was going to sell the weapon to a terrorist organization called DRAGON, and that the lizardmen who raided their home were their genetically engineered footsoldiers, acting under direct orders from DRAGON's supreme leader, Doctor Reptilian, who wanted to use the device for his own purposes. They told him not to interfere with their investigations. However, Dylan did not believe for a moment that his father was as guilty of his alleged crime as the agents had said, and soon enough, he became hellbent on avenging his father and proving him innocent along the way. He created a costume as well as a rudimentary mutagen based on chemicals the weather machine used (reading his own spare copy of the notes that were stolen). Dylan the became the icy vigilante Night Frost, determined to stop Doctor Reptilian and his DRAGON minions.
Time after time, Night Frost battled the criminal element while uncovering a vast conspiracy that his family seemed to have been a part of. He followed leads, and they ultimately led to a D.R.A.G.O.N., a meta-supremacist organization dedicated to creating a world where superhumans reign supreme over humanity for what they perceive to be its own good. He fought their agents, and he eventually found their leader, Doctor Reptilian, who was planning to use a recently-uncovered Lemurian artifact to boost his own power. This sparked a fierce rivalry between Night Frost and D.R.A.G.O.N., made all the more complicated when it turned out that the villainess Baroness Coldblood was his biological mother. It got even worse when the group had turned his girlfriend into a cyborgized, brainwashed psychic assassin, and he was forced to kill her to protect some nearby civilians.
Needless to say, he's become quite obsessed with D.R.A.G.O.N.'s destruction, and he comes off like a crackpot sometimes, especially when few superheroes are even aware of their existence. Luckily, he has friends to rein him in (especially since he is currently a member of the superhero team Paragon Dawn), but since the organization are stepping up their game, only time will tell whether or not he goes off the deep end.
