Fighting - He appears to be trained in the hand-to-hand combat style Krav Maga. However, where he received this training is unknown. Cyro-Talon has been know to also use a handheld weapon system called A.D.D.'s. These devices resemble gloves and have the ability to shoot out gusts of cold that approach absolute zero. The gloves are also capable of creating a "cold field".

Flight - Cryo-Talon has a set of wings that have a span of Seven feet. These limbs allow him to fly, hover, and glide with ease.

Costumes - Cryo-Talon wears mainly just one costume, generally Blue and White in color, with Kevlar Armor wore over the top. This outfit was designed and created by Cryo-Talon and Red Spider. How he got this costume is unknown, but there are some leads being investigated.
