Oath of the Protectors

Background:

Scythe was sent to Earth to watch and learn, just in case the enemies of her faction showed themselves in this part of the universe.
Her presence is authorised by Star*Guard and Earth governments.
As a guest, she's obliged to comply with local laws and to give her assistance if requested.

Scythe is a member of the Warrior Caste and is classified as a Scout-class skirmisher. She belongs to the Protectors faction, therefore is a subordinate to the High Archon Lightbringer.
Structural warriors like her are employed for patrolling the Structural sector space and as a light infantry.
They aren't durable enough and do not have enough standing power to be considered suitable as a heavy-duty frontline warriors.

Name:

Structural language is not a spoken one, but "Scythe" is the closest translation of her name to English.

Identity:

Her identity on Earth is public and known to authorities. Scythe has no double human identity, nor she makes any attempts to disguise herself as a human being.

Species:

Alien synthetic lifeform.

Homeworld:

The Structure, Triangulum Galaxy.

Age:

Scythe was made-to-order roughly 900 solar cycles ago. One Structural solar cycle is roughly equal to 12 years on Earth.
Therefore, her age translated to Earth years is about 10800 years. It actually makes her one of the youngest Structurals in the existence.

Appearance:

Tall and statesque being made of metallic cells, with a perfectly regular face and body. It does look quite lifeless and cold, as she has no habits of making any occasional gestures, nervous ticks, nor even blinking or breathing.
Upon closer examination it becomes clear that the creature's metallic armor is actually its body, as plates are fused with skin and there are no clasps or buckles.
The creature does look and probably identifies itself as a female.
Her voice is a soft alto, albeit with a very strong metallic tone.

Aura and Mind:

A perfectly orderly and stable mind and aura, making this creature a very antithesis of anything dark and chaotic.

Powers and Abilities:

Structural Physiology:

Scythe is a fairly average member of her species. She was given only a basic body upgrades suited to her function.

• She can hear and see in all electromagnetic spectrum if she focuses to do so.
• Her body has physical performance comparable to peak human, with only difference of being ageless and more durable - it takes at least an equivalent of an anti-materiel rifle to damage her.
• She has no need for breathing, sleep and food, can't be tired, and she's not affected by diseases or radiation.
• Scynthe's source of power, an internal molecular furnace, can be refuelled by her body absorbing solar and cosmic radiation.
• All her body tissues are made of metallic materials, icluding an electrocharged plasma functioning as her blood.

Powers:

All Scythe's abilities are coming from the cosmic-powered technology grafted into her synthetic body.

• Energy melee weapons and shields. Scythe can at will manipulate energies and frequencies of her weaponry. She can make her strikes extremely painful, but non-lethal. She can also imbue her shield and weaponry with energies disrupting magic and supernatural creatures.

• Hypersonic atmospheric flight
