Cryo-Talon is a new Millenium City superhero. Formerly unknown, this newbie is making his start. He is part of the Adventurers super team. Little else is known of this hero, as he is just starting out, but everyone can see he's got natural talent. But a wingspan of 7 feet doesn't hurt, either.
