Life in the Ghetto of any City is tough, even Millenium City, and that's where Anferny Jenkins was born and raised. Like most he gravitated towards Hip-Hop and Urban Culture, but had an interest in Eastern Culture and studied Martial Arts since he was young. Unaware he was born special, he began to grow strong and fast when he entered puberty and was the local high-schools top Basketball player, able to easily excel in the sport due to his Meta-Human Gifts, though unaware of it at the time. As he matured, so did his abilities, until he could no longer ignore how strong and fast he had become, far beyond what any normal person could attain. When he was twenty, he was headed home from a friend's house and saved a young girl from being hit by a car, instead being struck himself. The car was totaled, but Anferny had barely a scratch on him, and ran off before he could be identified. Realizing now what he was, he started out as a costumed Vigilante known as The Kung Fu Hustler to both protect and inspire the neighborhood he lived in.
About a year ago The Kung Fu Hustler seemingly disappeared and was unheard from until two months ago when he resurfaced as one of Hi Pan's Enforcers in The Cult of the Red Banner. This seems very unlike the small-time Hero and Urban Role-Model he was before and remains unexplained, although the MCPD do want him for questioning in a series of Robberies and Assaults in the area as a result.

The Kung Fu Hustler can be a colorful character, but there are a few things he's deadly serious about... His Clothes, His Money, and His Kung Fu. He has received Master Level Training in several forms, including Shaolin Fist, Wushu, Wing Chung, Drunken Boxing, The 18 Animal Styles (Crane/Mantis/Tiger/Snake/etc.) and most prominently Jeet Kune Do. He is qualified to instruct in any of these fighting schools yet rarely chooses too. Aside from his extensive Martial Arts Training, he is of at least professional levels in Basketball, and Break Dancing, and does both often when not needed elsewhere.
*Strafing side to side with his masterful footwork, The Kung Fu Hustler kept his guard up, shoulders moving in rhythm with his body, staring down his opponent from across the small parking lot. He waited for the moment his old Master had instructed him to wait for, the moment of opportunity, biding his time with defensive moves designed to tire his enemy out, thus providing such an opportune moment. Fading back as the large gang-banger swung his ham-like fists at his head, The Hustler dropped his guard, hands hanging low, mockingly and swiftly moving his head and stepping back to avoid each telegraphed swing. After the fourth lacked much power, he seized his moment and swung his head down and to the right, pivoting on his left foot and bringing his right up over his back and down into his opponent's face, his bare heel rattling the thug's jaw and knocking him out. With a Bruce Lee-like cry he flexed, before jogging back with his guard still up, and beckoned the next on-comer.
Name: The Klansman
Age: Unknown
Occupation: Racist, Close Quarters Combat Specialist
Powers: Enhanced Strength, Speed, and Toughness
Background: Claims to have been a member of the KKK since he was 3, this bigoted man developed Super Abilities and put them to use against minorities. His greed for more power is only out-matched by his hatred of the Black Man, Mexicans, Asians, "The Gays", "The Jews", and of course "Them Muslims". Whatever his ultimate plans are remain a mystery, as does his actual identity, but whomever he is and whatever he's planning, it can't be good.
