Contingency Initiative Elimination Squad Four was an offense based team lead by Squad Leader Mirage to complete operations that range from assassination, assault, infantry, and war campaigns internally as well as externally for New Ulysses. The Squad consists of several members each with a unique skillset. All members are highly ranked in terms of destructive capability, and have been internationally targeted as infamous terrorists to the nation.
The Squad, along with its parent organization, was disbanded after a large number of its members were killed off by Black Legion Outer Shadow Yuyan Danny "The Transplant" Zheng.

Considered the Contingency Initiative's "Loki", Mirage's reputation is one of the major contributing factors to the fact that Squad Four has been considered the strongest squad in the organization.

Description: Whitney "Wendigo" Houndstooth is Squad Four's assassin, focused on infiltration, deception, and killing. Houndstooth's strength lies in her incredibly agility, having spent a life as a gymnast prior to working under Mirage, as well as her ability to seduce her victims, lowering their defenses before sending them to an early and gruesome death. Wendigo has been shown to be able to outmaneuver and outpace her targets even when they are armed, dodging bullets with ease, before pouncing on her prey. One of the most brutal and violent members of Squad Four, Houndstooth kills her victims by either absorbing their lifeforce, adding to her own and strengthening her body, or killing them outright with her incredibly sharp fangs, biting and tearing away at their flesh like a canine.
