Why she is here

Blood Hound is on the run from GalPol (Galactic Police). She has been a thorn in the side of GalPol authorities for several years, not least because her very species has been declared 'prohibited'.

Artosians were thought to have been a species that performed a high degree of genetic manipulation on their own people, fine-tuning their species to become consumate soldiers and sometimes assassins. Because of this, all Artosians are typically exterminated on sight, and Blood Hound is one of the few that have survived since the original pogrom against her people's civilization.

Now she looks for a place to hide, perhaps even to live....

Powers

Artosian Regeneration - While certainly not in the league of a true superpower, Artosians are capable of healing all wounds that do not sever limbs.

Super Athlete - Artosian musculature grants Blood Hound the ability to run at ground-vehicle speeds, and jump very long distances and considerable heights.

Gear and Equipment

Gear

Artosian Battle Armor- Designed, not for simple war, but for glorious battle, Artosian Battle Armor has high-tech ballistic weave, inertial impact dampening and a zero-point energy source for over a century of near-constant combat.

Artosian Particle Gun - A prime example of just how Artosians engage in battle, the APG is a paired combat system that enables Blood Hound to enter battle very quickly, unleashing incredible firepower, but at a small sacrifice of range.

Artosian Energy Shield - Built into the battle armor, the AES is the culmination of three decades of fine-tuning gravitic energy generators to a fine focus. By creating a gravity distortion field in front of the AES emitter, the system creates a barrier of gravitic particles, vastly reducing the energy from incoming attacks, and in many cases, repelling them altogether.

Galactic Police Gravity Flight Belt - Technology originally stolen from the Artosian people, the GFB is another masterpiece of gravitic technology, granting the wearer efficient, if somewhat slow, flight capabilities.

Artosian Gravity Pulse Weapon - A highly destructive weapon, and one that is enclosed within the ABA, this device draws on the zero-point energy source to deliver an gravitic energy effect over a fairly large area, crushing those that are within it's blast field. It does take a little time to charge, however.

Naginata Alpha Grav-Bike - Awarded to Blood Hound after successfully helping in repelling a Mega-Destroid attack on the city, Blood Hound finds the technology — while somewhat primitive by her own standards — easy to upgrade with her own basic knowledge of gravitic technology.
