Draca is the mutant hybrid son of a dragon father and mutant mother making him half-dragon mutant.

Dragon Physiology: Draca is a mutant half-dragon, giving him the appearance of an anthropomorphic dragon, including wings, claws, fangs , scales and a prehensile tail. That also gives him a variety of superhuman and magical attributes.

Superhuman Strength: Has superhuman strength.

Superhuman Durability: Draca's body is considerably stronger and harder than a human and is impervious to injury to an extraordinary extent and able to survive in extreme temperatures and pressures. Also even without training his muscles will remain broad and brawny and his body shape will not change no matter how many calories he intakes.

Superhuman Speed: He can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Stamina: His enhanced musculature is far more efficient than that of a human. As a result his muscles produce no fatigue toxins, granting him great physical stamina in all activities.

Superhuman Agility: Draca's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Reflexes: Draca's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Senses His natural senses are far superior then that of a human.

Fire Breathing: Is able to exhale fire either as fireballs or as a stream.

Flight: Possesses the ability to fly by means of his natural wings. Naturally adapted to flying.

Magic: His dragon heritage gives him great magical abilities.

Shapeshifting: Draca is able to shapeshift though he typically uses it to take human, dragon or partial dragon forms.

Superhuman Mental Processing: Draca possesses superhuman intelligence, intuition, pattern solving/recognition, limitless information storage/retrieval, perception/observational skills, and logical/philosophical structuring. His mind also processes information quickly, giving him a limitless and accelerated learning aptitude. He can also quickly analyse multiple, limitless information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. He possesses an eidetic memory (he never forgets anything and has perfect instant recall), he can read at superhuman speeds, has perfect deductive/reasoning skills. He is also immune to hypnosis or gases that could limit his focus.

Biokinesis Draca's body generates a powerful and unique(possibly extradimensional)biokinetic energy even when he is dead that he has the biological potential.

Mutations Manipulation: Draca can use his energy to psionically control his own mutations on an unknown scale allowing him to temporally manifest new powers on command turning of old powers as new ones are accessed. Demonstrating energy manipulation, matter transmutation, telekinesis, enhanced physical abilities and bestow powers onto others.

Genetic Manipulation: His energy also allows him to psionically analyse, assimilate, mutate, evolve etc. the genetic code to enhance himself and others including size, health, pigmentation etc. Drayce can also use the genetics of other beings in anyway he sees fit too.

Healing: He is able to himself and others to an unknown degree.

Resurrection: Draca's powers will allow him to self-resurrect when he dies when his body has generated enough energy. He can also use it to bring others back to life.

Immortality: His half-dragon physiology will make him completely immune to the effects of aging after reaching adulthood, and because he is able to resurrect himself.

Regenerative Healing Factor: He possesses a healing factor able to regenerate broken bones, damage and destroyed tissue and brain cells at superhuman speed and efficiency. His healing factor also keeps him in optimum health. He has endless vitality, libido, and will to live. He is devoid of any disorders, diseases, disabilities, etc. He is also able to enhance his regenerative abilities, allowing him to regrow missing limps and organs.

Self Sustenance: Newgrave does not need to sleep, eat, drink or breath as the energy he generates completely sustain him.

Power Absorption Immunity: Draca and his powers are uniquely linked in such a way that it is virtually impossible for them to truly be stolen, negated or removed for his powers will allways return to him.
