About Hopper

Hopper is a young mutant with the power to instantly teleport from one place to another. Not long after her power manifested she started researching Millennium City's heroes, eventually developing an obsessive infatuation with the Black Beetle.

She made herself a version of his costume and converted her apartment into a superhero hideout for the two to share, unfortunately when she proposed this partnership to Beetle he considered her more of a stalker than a potential sidekick and has been resistant to her romantic advances.

After a few days of her appearing to interfere with his patrols Beetle eventually agreed to train her as his assistant, however her obsession hasn't abated in the slightest and she is insistent that Black Beetle is only going through a 'phase' of not loving her.

Powers

Hopper has the mutant ability to instantly transport herself from one place to another. She can travel quite vast distances if she is well acquainted with the destination, however normally is limited by line of sight.

She can easily transport her equipment and small items, and with a degree of effort can also teleport with another person or two alongside as long as she is making contact with them.

Skills

Hopper has a limited understanding of martial arts, she is particularly dangerous with her telescopic baton.

Hopper wears a suit of light armor and carries a telescopic tazer-baton.
