Oy. Who are you?
Ladies and gentlemen! Welcome, to the domain of Rhundas, lord and master of all things scrublord and unlikeable bastard.

I'm a roleplayer, obviously, and I generally dick about places on Champions Online, Guild Wars 2, Star Trek Online and various other MMORPGs. Chances are that if you've played it, I've probably played an hour or so of it at least, too.

I will warn you now that if you want to continue reading, and/or even go as far to contact me in-game and say stuff, I am a cynic, and I will tear into perceived ignorance given the chance. It comes with being a Brit who's spent far too long on the internet.

Roleplay Characters
I have never been accused of having a poorly-thought out character that I've kept. Each of them has their own thought out background, of varying levels of detail, depending on how old the character is, and how enthusiastic I've been about creating them, and of course all of my characters, and myself, are armed with the most overpowered[citation needed] force in the universe...

Common Sense.

Yup. The US is gonna invade me for harbouring weapons of mass destruction any day now.

Character Pages
And lo, we come to the part of the user page that you all probably came here for. My character pages.

Be aware that while there are a few pages here, some will be more up-to-date than others, and some may be for characters that don't even exist anymore (marked with a Legacy tag). Some of them might not even be complete, but I do try and link to all my pages, regardless of their state of completion or quality.

So, without further ado, my characters and the briefest summary I can give of them:

Lysander Crowe
A soldier from one of the world's possible futures sent back by a temporal adversary.

Rhundas
A mentally ill soldier cat from space. DUN DUN DUUUNNNN!

Tia
Brash, headstrong mutant girl who can punch a henchman twenty feet and be there to catch him before he lands.

Sam Kruger
[Legacy]

Times his beats with his beats. A musically inspired brawler who's sick of injustice.

Want to roleplay?
Ask me before, and I would've said "Sure, no problem.", and that would've been that. However, recently I've started to realise that being as openly accepting and uncaring as I was has just ended up with me either being pissed off, let down, or just plain disappointed in some people. I've always had my own pet peeves, and even my own standards for those I roleplay with, but I've never really felt the need to lay down specific guidelines for the type of people I spend my time talking to. Unfortunately now, past experiences and certain bad encounters with certain people have made me seriously consider who and what I get involved in.

Guidelines
<li>Following Champions Online Lore

<br>A lot of people - for whatever reason - come into Champions with lore taken from all manner of other places, be it WoW, World of Darkness, Guild Wars, Warhammer. Whatever. Some of the stuff they use might even be valid and explainable within Champions lore. However, if you're ripping off another universe, you're not only making youself look like you have no creativity whatsoever, you're also risking getting Cryptic into a lot of legal trouble, as you are stealing intellectual property of another company whom Cryptic does not have an agreement with.

<li>Common Sense

<br>Oh boy, here we go!

<br>So, I've noticed a certain lack of this in Champions Online, maybe perhaps due to the type of people I've had dealings with before, I don't know. What I do know is that it's become such an issue that I have to write about it. The problem is that something like common sense is very difficult to just define as black/white. It's the little things. Appreciating the fact that the police exist and you can't just start a punch up, applying the slightest bit of thought before you try something that might piss somebody off and then getting really confused as to why they're angry, understanding that your actions may be taken in a different light than intended.
