Bacterium is a mutant with the unusual gift of Disease Manipulation. It allows him to cure the common cold with a simple thought or turn a small infection into a full blown epidemic. Bacterium is considered extremely dangerous. Those that have survived an encounter with him usually suffer for days from being exposed to whatever plagues he carries in his arsenal.
