Raised in the city of Woodinville, Artemis Carter fell in love with Archery as a young girl, learning it first in Jr high. She took it up in earnest in High School and became quite skilled with a bow. She moved to Millennium City after High School for to attend college there. Her life took a turn for the worse when her parents were killed in a plane crash. Now sole inheritor of their modest fortune, she moved permanently to Millennium city to escape the memories.
