The Millennium City Police Department decided to host the Million Dollar Masquerade Ball at Club Caprice. Dozens of Millennium City's most affluent leading citizens, including the likes of Gabriel Cole were expected to attend. He tackled Foxbat in the hopes of rescuing Bruce Wayne from his clutches, giving him the time the change into his "work" clothes. Returning to the scene with his partner, Dark Wing(Former Swift), The Owl discovered that Foxbat had been defeated by the Swift Osprey.
