Dead Dog
Dead Dog, or socially known as Jalen Harris, was a small time hero who worked primarily throughout Millenium City, though showed a preferance for Westside. This fictionalized persona he crafted quickly gained some semblance of a cult following, mostly due to his mysterious mannerisms whilst playing the role and his unique cocktail of mutations. Luckily for him, though, this ominous presence was nothing like the actual Jalen Harris. The reckless and kind hearted young man was born sometime in the late eighties, growing up in the still scummy streets of Detroit. Flitting from place to place, taking whatever jobs brought in the slightest bit of coin, and occasionally stealing served to put food on the table and provide supplies for his schooling. Once he entered high school, he began to moonlight as the elusive "Dead Dog". Almost a year after his graduation, The Battle of Detroit ended in the destruction of his former high school and death of the few people he truly considered friends. After that, Jalen was no more, only that enigmatic role as an avenger of the dead. August 19, 2001: Jalen took his last breath. Buried in the grave dedicated to the hundreds of thousands of people who died during the the Battle of Detroit, his own personal saying was etched into his tombstone.
