His mechanical limbs allow him to move at inhumane speeds and flex beyond human limits. Kaiser masters two different Martial Arts, and one that he invented himself. Which is shooting the victim's knee, and curb stomping the victim's head. Classy, huh? Like many JayCo -Units, Commander Kaiser wields Thermal Energy-based weapons, which are able to blast trough anything less durable than Titanium with ease. | ||||||||||
