Slime is... Well, As her name states, Slime! Well, Actually not, This slime girls appearance is as such: She's made of more 'slime' then most common sights of the's goo people, so therefore she carry's on a.... "Robust" frame, when impersonating a human figure (Which she does often). More so on her appearance is that her "Eyes" and "Hair" are all one with the goo, you might notice a slight blue glimmer in ewhere her eyes are, are those how she see's? We all assume so.
