Appearance

What you see is what you get, for the most part. Red eyes, pointed ears, wild hair. Generally dyed red but she's known to dye it other various vibrant colors. (Her natural hair color is white)

She's dresses oddly for someone who identifies herself as a scholar. She has some combat gear including an assault rifle and knives.

She also carries around some small blood tanks that gives her a consistent intake for several hours at a time, which helps with her regeneration as well.

History

Recent Affairs

Now, that's not to say that she won't indulge in some power play. She's still known to peruse Vampire clubs and take advantage of the respect she has earned in her young life. After all, information doesn't just come to her, she usually has to go looking for it.
For this, she may be seen wearing something a bit more enticing for public view.

She doesn't claim to be a Vampire lord, but if she was engaged in those politics, she'd be way up that particular chain of hierarchy. But as it is, most vampires tend to allow her needs by her reputation, or their own fascination.

She frequents Club Caprice, often in her casual attire. However she usually keeps to herself, selling various information over computer networks. She makes her money that way when she's not peddling stolen artifacts.

Personality and Lifestyle

One would never find such a self-serving Vampire. She claims no allegiance to any faction, country or clan. Her primary drive is to increase the span of her unlife. It was her primary goal in life, too, and why she became a vampire at all.

However, as she's essentially accomplished that goal, most of her time is now spent increasing her general knowledge of all things supernatural. She figures there's enough scientists around, so her interest is otherwise. She still finds magics to help increase her lifespan (or un-lifespan) and generally tries to lessen the few weaknesses her kind has. This is mostly in the form of necromancy and enchantment.

As for her personality, it varies wildly. She's scatterbrained, her mind goes very quickly and the speed of her speech reflects that. She'll often go on tangents that aren't related to the conversation on hand, but usually gets back around to it.

Powers / Abilities

Pretty much anything Vampiric. Strength, enhanced speed, etc.

Her blood tanks help increase her regeneration tenfold, so she can be out in sunlight for an hour at a time (exact amount of time varies, depending on time of day and other variables). The very same thing helps counteract some other vampiric weaknesses, which is covered in the section below.

Weaknesses

More of the same.

Stakes won't kill but will paralyze her. This doesn't come from any resistance or spell, simply her particular strand of vampirism.

Crosses don't bother her unless she actually touches one. It hurts, but her consistent regeneration dictates that it doesn't cause lasting damage. Just waving it in her face will just make her punch someone for being annoying.

While she can remain in sunlight for around an hour (give or take depending on time of day and other variables) due to her constant intake of blood from technology (the constant intake balances out the burn from the sun by constantly regenerating her cells).

Fire still holds most of its power, though. Unless she erects a specific fire resistance spell of some sort, fire will have full effect on her.
Same can be said for holy water, and resistance spells regarding celestial power are a bit more tricky.

Nemesis Types

Usually survivors of her various assaults on Vampire Manors and Clans however many decades ago. This can usually come in the form of simple servants who vowed revenge against her, creating their own clan for it to rise in the past few decades.

Hunters usually don't mind her, as she's a known neutral party. She doesn't murder people in the night or seduce anyone. That said, there are still some fanatics out there who may not -care- about that fact. Or are simply unaffiliated with the underground network, and lack information about her.

Trivia

• Inspired heavily between Malkavians from the Masquerade and Indiana Jones. She encompasses many traits from both. A Malkavian personality with Indiana's treasure hunting aptitude. Though "treasure" isn't always literal.
  • As a base of comparison; Just think of her as a really eccentric Lara Croft.
  • Because it's moderately impossible to roleplay the Malkavian's insight without heavy metagaming, I usually omit the facet unless it simply regard's a player's name, to which she'll probably make a play on words regarding their name as she meets them.
• Kiur is entirely capable of being serious. Combat will do this, or being inquired as to a specific subject that she's particularly versed in. For example, questions about herself directly, she'll tend to take a somewhat serious tone to outline direct information.
  • If someone snaps at her out of annoyance or what have you, she can also become serious upon request.
  • She can go right back to her eccentricity at the drop of a hat, though.
• Most of her classic vampire bits can be noted in the Weaknesses section. As an additional note; she also has no reflection.

RP Hooks

• Kiur Kenneth was best known in the 1920's to 1950's, but only in the underground. She didn't contribute to anything in known history. Most of her involvement is usually just in Hunter journals or old recordings of fleeing vampires from an unknown enemy. Given enough clues, one could deduce that it's Kiur.
• Recently, she can be found in Club Caprice (Surprise, right?).
• Generally careful about having her living space secret or vague, but anyone with some investigative intrigue could find/contact her.
