Background and Origin
Known Background
A being created in the Paragon dimensional cluster to aid in bringing balance to the dimensions though the use of destruction. It eventually gained free will and started amassing power before it was banished to a rodent. This rodent made a pact with a small feline girl that was on the brink of death. Use of her mind and body for her unending power was the terms of the arrangement. Over time the girls mind merged with Rah's consciousness and Rah became fully aware of what she was once again. She started her quest to gather power again with the sole goal of destroying her creator and entities like it, the Forefathers. She eventually accomplished her missions and had no where else to direct her unending rage. Always fighting in her mind over what she is, trying to over come what she was. Over time the malice that fueled her began to temper with the help of the few souls that stuck by her and showed her love. After the collapse she discovered the Truth of Infinity. After missing for some time, wondering time and space, different world lines and what not she has returned to the point in time and space shortly after the collapse. Whats left for a being that has untold powers and abilities?
Until Notes
We are aware of Rah Xephon's current activities and she has made it blatantly clear that she is aware of Until gathering information on her. She seems to disregard us and ignore our presence. We still have no idea what she is doing here, how exactly she escaped the collapse of Paragon and how she manages to simply blink out of existence even with out best men and tech searching for her. For now her actions have been deemed "acceptable" by the heads of Until, PRIMUS and the MCPD. One can only venture to guess this is because there is little to nothing they can do about her. As long as she does not go on a destructive rampage and continues to keep mostly to herself we will continue to watch.
