Ursis the Exiled, is a New God and the ruler of the Urseon Empire, one of the largest and most powerful empires in the entire Champions Universe consisting of thousands of warrior planets. Ursis is the son of Old God Altima and Archmage Robert Caliburn, the byproduct of Caliburn's rape in an attempt to satisfy Altima's growing rage for the Archmage's Celestial Powers.
Despite being a demigod, Ursis denounced his human side. During Altima's pregnancy, the Old God had conceived in her "human" form, causing her genetic material to make up the vast majority of the New God's chromosomal structure, and causing Ursis to be considered a near full-blooded deity, as evidenced by his immortality and immense power.
