"''This is the real deal. This is what you are getting yourself into. By facing me, you are doing what I want. But you don't have any choice. Just as Loki says. A human was never meant to defeat a Demon Lord. Your plot armor has run its course.''"

"''Nothing about what you are feeling is 'inconceivable'. That shaking in your existence, that trembling. That is called fear. Fear of a higher power. Your ego will not admit it, but your existence now does. You are afraid because you have realized your mistake. The mistake of attempting to take over a world that is mine to rule. That is the concept I have added to your narrative, Tyrannon, because you have chosen to make an enemy out of Loyce Hal.''"

'''Great Demon Lord Loyce Hal''', also known as '''Inner Shadow Empire''', is the legendary Demon King, easily standing as one of the strongest characters in Darwin's Great Akuma Universe, and potentially the multiverse. Considered by many as the most powerful SS+ Rated Inner Shadow of the infamous '''Black Legion Organization''', Hal's tremendous reputation is succeeded by his feats. His followers are extremely powerful and numerous, from conquering thousands upon thousands of universes and creating countless more realities.

+
He is one of the major antagonists in Darwin's Great Akuma Universe. As of Beyond the Gods, Loyce is the greatest threat, seconded to '''Vala the Spirit of Hope'''.

'''Great Demon Lord Loyce Hal''', codenamed '''Empire''', is the penultimate strongest primordial demon in existence, as well as an SS+ Rated Inner Shadow to the '''Black Legion'''. Possessing tremendous magical power capable of bending not only reality but entire narratives, Loyce managed to conquer an uncountable number of magical realms, reaching the thousands, and rule each one as their respective Demon Lord. His followers are both extremely powerful and numerous. If a realm does not interest Loyce and showed hostility, it is said that the entire universe is destroyed instantly and mercilessly by the Demon Lord, traces of the world seemingly never having existed in the first place, before moving on to the next.

Loyce is an overwhelmingly powerful being, even amongst the Inner Shadows, to the point where his very presence strikes fear and intimidation from many. He is currently the second strongest Inner Shadow, and the third strongest member of the entire Black Legion, his power surpassed only by SSS Rated Inner Shadow '''Hakah Mah''' and the SSS Rated leader of the organization, '''Lord Ginga'''. Due to the fact that the only people able to surpass his power are SSS Rated, Loyce is even stronger than SS+ Rated '''Jun Gasket''', making him the strongest SS+ Rated Inner Shadow in the Black Legion.

"''A power that rules, not just the domain enclosing oneself, but beyond. This is the strength our Master possesses, a strength necessary to not just conquer realms, but to rule it with indisputable power. You dare have the gall to boast about your power as a Demon Lord. But for every hundred worlds you've destroyed, our Master has destroyed AND created thousands. You are not at his level. Not ever.''"

According to the '''Voice of the Worlds''', a reality warping entity who was defeated by the Demon Lord, Loyce is considered the highest tier form of sentience to take mortal physical form in any universe. As the only being to ever evolve to the state of Ultimate Primordial Demon, with the Primordial Demon species being the apex species, Loyce is considered the pinnacle of all monsters in his realms, with an extremely select few beings capable of matching or surpassing his power such as elite Dogma Holders, '''The Great Akuma''', as well as her direct offspring '''Mahyako''' and '''Avalon'''. He is the Ultimate Divine Demon Lord of the universes '''Isphixis''', '''Raehafil''', and '''Johal''', ruling each realm as its strongest, most powerful being to ever exist. Because of this, Loyce has also amassed numerous Demon Lords who have sworn loyalty to him due to the overwhelming gap in power. These Demon Lords have acted as his Outer Shadows on several occasions, and their armies, directly assimilated under his loyalty.

Loyce was also the superior of the First Hinokami Holder '''Aelienne the Firebird''', before her betrayal to the Black Legion.

Loyce is among one of the undisputed, strongest threats to the entirety of the Great Akuma Reality Continuity. In terms of intellect and power, Loyce has repeatedly proved himself to be unparalleled to the point where even indirect intervention by the Demon Lord is capable of completely turning the tide of a confrontation. Loyce's might is so tremendous that many of his followers and subordinates were either forced to submit or voluntarily surrendered; such subordinates included extremely powerful Demon Lords themselves, or beings with power that rivaled or surpassed such a ranking. When Inner Shadows John Crassman and Jason Hellion learned of Aaron Hope's declaration to challenge Loyce, both Inner Shadows personally confronted the Outer Shadow, outright telling Hope that he stood no chance against Loyce. The Inner Shadows even went as far as to reveal that aside from Hakah, Loyce was in a class of his own and could easily singlehandedly defeat the rest of the Inner Shadows in the Black Legion.

'''BY ORDER OF SECRETARY-MARSHALL WILHELM CARL ECKHARDT'''

The following Case File concerns an '''Existential Cosmic Threat Class''' capable of '''Extreme Multiversal Destruction'''.
+
'''Ultimate Primordial Demon Physiology''': As the only Primordial Demon to reach the final evolution stage of Ultimate Primordial, Loyce exhibits immense and borderline unparalleled power that has only ever been eclipsed by beings such as '''The Great Akuma''' and her trusted successors, offspring, and descendants. Loyce is also the strongest Primordial demon in history; his power even surpasses that of Supreme Primordial '''Sena Ark''', the first Primordial and mother of all Primordial demons.

'''Access to this file without appropriate Cosmic Confidentiality Clearance is strictly forbidden. Under no circumstances, must the contents of this file ever be leaked beyond this level of confidentiality, to avoid mass panic to the galactic scale.'''
+
* '''Tremendous Physical Strength''': Loyce has demonstrated nearly unmatched and immense levels physical strength. A single punch from Loyce was enough to completely disperse and nullify the gravitational effects of '''Kapstan 667''', a supermassive black hole billions of times the size of the Sun. Loyce's strength was to the point where he was able to deflect the strikes of '''Shosuke "The Devil Monk" Shiki''''s One Strike Kill style with only a finger, with little to no effort. Even with the combined efforts of '''The Skyworld''' pooling their energy into '''Archangel Erafil''', Loyce was able to defeat the Demon Lord in four strikes while holding back.
+
* '''Unmatched Speed''': Loyce is capable of performing unbelievable feats of speed, easily outpacing speedsters, and exceeding the speed of light by several orders of magnitude. When in battle, Yeling described Loyce as "moving so fast that he was practically invisible. By the time he had slowed down, it would be too late. There would be no way someone could react to his attacks no matter how prepared or sloppily he had executed them."
+
* '''Immortality and Invulnerability''': Loyce's durability has been described as nigh unparalleled. Capable of withstanding the combined magical unison of the galaxy's strongest mages and warriors during his crusade to conquer the world of '''Demon Lord Leon Valentine''', Loyce's immense durability is layered onto his near-infinite regeneration. Due to the combined effects of invulnerability and regeneration, Loyce is considered practically immortal to almost all opponents he has faced.
+
* '''Tremendous Magical Power''': Loyce possesses an extraordinarily high amount of magic power, so monumental, that even with fellow SS+ Rated Inner Shadow Jun Gasket using '''Stage Five Hachi''', is incapable of quantifying. The sheer aura of Loyce's magical power, even when suppressed, is considered so overwhelming that lesser creatures such as Shadow Minions, and even ordinary human beings, suffer a sensation of "immense pressure from within their bodies". At higher levels of combat power, Loyce is capable of passively disintegrating entire planets and civilizations just from his aura alone, which he uses to intimidate and force servitude on those who deny their allegiance, particularly lesser Demon Lords.

===Statement on Containment and Control===
+
'''Alogigenesis - The Comedy of Divinity''': An extremely powerful and vast esoteric ability that enables Loyce to manipulate, create, and destroy realities, narratives, plot armor, and even the plot of storylines depending on his frame of the narrative. It is unknown how Loyce obtained his power, but it was assumed that the power to warp reality was inherent to the final stage of evolution for a Primordial. This was the power that gave Loyce his terrifying reputation even amongst fellow esoterics due to his power to skillfully bend and shape the rules of the world around him in his favor. Loyce's mastery over manipulating reality was so skilled, that he had denoted the ability a "Divine Comedy", as he believed his mastery over a power so inconceivable and incomparable was "comical to divine proportions". Having defeated many reality-warping entities during his conquest, Loyce was considered the "King of the Esoterics". Using Divine Comedy, Loyce has been able to:
As of current, there has been no method to effectively contain or control 2694 other than to keep the subject non hostile. Subject has been capable of predicting events and appears to transcend the human conception of time, leading to the advantage of foresight. Any form of containment has been deemed impossible, due to 2694's ability to either alter the reality around himself, or to forcefully destroy the containment.
+
* Neutralize the concept of a character's narrative, such as eliminating Apex Primordial Kon the Worldkiller's '''Absolute Dominion''', which was a power that provided him with '''Infinite Strength'''.
+
* Dethrone '''Queen Celene''', the goddess of her universe by destroying her concept of being the "strongest entity to exist no matter any conditions".
+
* Create thousands upon thousands of universes while simultaneously destroying the same number of realities from a single thought.
+
* Force Tyrannon the Conquerer to experience fear.
+
* Create and destroy time.
+
* Eliminate the concept of fate itself, changing the destiny of Hana Alzeron, who was fated to become the wife of Archdemon Jemiel.
+
* Warp reality to whatever he wishes, regardless of reason.
+
* Transcend narratives and realities.
+
* Outsmart countless narrative and reality-bending individuals in a battle of "reason" and "law bending".
+
* Defeat Stage Four Susanoo Hakah Mah and Stage Four Hinokami Yeling Mah simultaneously.
+
* Reset Vicki Harriet's moral compass.
+
* Destroy and recreate Millennium City hundreds of times over without anyone realizing.

+
* Freeze the supergiant blue star, Rigel.
+
* Defeat Lucifer in his own domain.
+
* Harm his own creator/author, by inflicting several wounds and scratches which manifested themselves overnight on the author's body in a higher narrative.
+
* Overwhelm Shosuke Shiki and Aaron Hope by willing them to be petrified by just his name alone.
+
* Contain and weaponize '''anti-narratives''', such as '''Supreme Primordial Aran Sol'''.

'''Genius Level Intellect and Combat Knowledge''': As a Primordial, Loyce belongs to a race of beings who were the first known entities to display '''intelligence''' in the history of the universe. According to Kon Larum, it was the Primordials who suggested the offshoot of intelligence to other organisms, and thus from them came mankind, a race of beings who displayed '''evolving intelligence'''. Loyce's intelligence has been shown to be one of the most dangerous qualities that cemented his position as an Ultimate Divine Demon Lord, as well as his knowledge of warfare, nation-building, strategy, cunningness, and trickery. Even amongst other Primordials, Loyce had displayed an intellect that was significantly higher than his peers due to his affirmation to continuously acquire knowledge through omnicidal conquests in the multiverse. Some examples of Loyce's feats include:
+
* Outsmarting SS+ Rated Jun Gasket in tactical warfare, using only forty thousand foot soldiers to defeat Gasket's Machine Kingdom of seventy trillion.
+
* Defeating SSS Rated Hakah Mah by psychologically influencing her power using her brother, Yeling.
+
* Inventing forty-seven new forms of magic using a single runic transcript, an accomplishment that could not be achieved in the history of several millennia by the top mages of Leon Valentine's world.
+
* Wield celestial magic, despite being a Primordial Demon, by identifying and adjusting the details of his rune summoning, patterns that differ only by several micrometers.
+
* Completely assess the fighting style, strengths, weaknesses, and combat profile, and deduce the past, present, and future of an enemy army amounting to eight nine million soldiers, for each and every single soldier through a single glance.
+
* Best Aaron Hope in a battle of wits and gunplay, despite the latter being infamously known for being the greatest gunman in the entirety of the Black Legion easily.
+
* Outsmart and defeat Ra'vin the Tribunal, the vast cosmic entity and embodiment of the multiverse, without using Alogigenesis and only relying on his Primordial physical abilities.

''2694: What an entertaining question. Perhaps this time I shall choose to do nothing.''

''Surhoff: This time? What do you mean by do nothing?''
+
'''Magecraft''': Due to Loyce's massive mana reserves and his ingenuity, the magnitude of the Demon Lord's magical spells is tremendous. Even the most primitive of spells have been described by Loyce's victims to be overwhelming, to the point where they were often mistaken as legendary class spells.
+
* '''100% Mana Efficiency''': Historically, the conversion of a mage's mana to energy, be it kinetic, heat, or potential, was at most 46% efficient due to losses from a variety of factors including chant inefficiency, runic inefficiency, and biological spell execution losses. However, Loyce invented a new way of performing spells, by converting the mana flowing within his body to the primitive energy of the spell, allowing the primitive energy to distribute into its subsequent child forms that made up the spell's energy profile. Doing so allowed Loyce to shatter all understanding of how spells were performed, and for the first time, allow spells to be executed at 100% efficiency. Because of this, the scale of his spells was considered significantly higher than other mages, even when using only a fraction of his mana.
+
* '''Elite Spell Mastery''': Loyce demonstrated expert to grandmaster level mastery of all forms of magecraft, performing all spells and their child spells flawlessly and at absurd magnitudes. A single [Flare Burst], thought to be an elementary-level spell, was comparable to the size of a planetary star. An [Aqua Shot] performed by Loyce was to the level of a tsunami. This was likely due to the fact that Loyce possessed both tremendous mana reserves, but also his ability to call upon these spells at an impossible 100% efficiency.
+
** '''Supercosmic Level Magic''': A level of magic that was thought to be impossible, as the upper threshold of magic used by its practitioners was Cosmic Magic, Loyce's seemingly infinite mana reserves meant he was capable of calling upon a level of magic even further Cosmic Magic, which later coined the term "Supercosmic". Loyce was the first to weaponize magic to this level and is both the pioneer and only known user of Supercosmic Magic. An example of this level of magic is Loyce's version of '''Supercosmic Aspectum''', which allows him to access the complete profile of anything he encounters through any of his senses. This includes their weaknesses, strengths, habits, and fighting styles.
+
* '''Yvvir - The Legendary Spell of Resurrection''': A taboo branch in magecraft that involved resurrecting the dead. Thought to be a myth, until Loyce resurrected a criminal that he had slaughtered who was caught defiling the Church of Babel, which Loyce became fond of. Loyce was capable of calling [Yvvir] multiple times on the same target, as shown when Loyce continuously slaughtered and resurrected the same criminal over and over again in a rage after discovering that the criminal had been assaulting the women and children of the church.
+
* '''Raava - The Legendary Spell of Fate Manipulation''': A forbidden and extremely complex branch in magecraft involving traveling within the time stream and undoing the inevitabilities of an individual or select region of a universe's future. [Raava] has only been used by two individuals in history. The first time [Raava] was called was when a renowned grandmaster mage known as Emiol called upon the spell to undo his son's death after traveling back in time. Though successful, Emiol was then enslaved for eternity to serve as a Time Keeper by Ra'vin Da Saar, a child branch of Ra'vin the Tribunal. When [Raava] was called for the second time in history by Loyce to save the fate of the Babel Church, Emiol was forced by Da Saar to execute Loyce but was defeated instantly. Loyce then used Alogigenesis to completely eliminate the concept of needing to preserve the stream of fate while keeping the timeline intact, then proceeded to delete Ra'vin Da Saar from existence, explaining that by using Divine Comedy, a Time Keeper was no longer required as it was now part of the narrative that "the timeline remains intact no matter what". Since then, Loyce has been able to call upon Raava whenever needed.
+
* '''Origin Magic Ard Metria - The Affirmation of Self''': Origin Magic is a branch of magecraft that was invented by Loyce solely for the purpose of retaining his sense of self, should any attempt of possession be made. This discovery of magic was first observed by Rya the Celestial, who, in a desperate attempt to protect her master, Kon the Worldkiller, attempted to possess Loyce's origin soul and prevent him from using 80% of his Ultimate Primordial abilities and his Alogigenesis, to allow Kon to fight on par with the superior Primordial Demon. Upon attempting to possess Loyce, Rya was struck by [Ard Metria], which was powerful enough to fully incapacitate the Great Celestial and send her comatose for seven months.
+
** '''Logic Bending Origin Magic - Absolute Self''': Though powerful, it is possible for [Ard Metria] to be bypassed by beings of incredible magical prowess, as shown when Rya attempts to possess Loyce once more but uses the full power of her Great Celestial abilities. If by chance, [Ard Metria] is bypassed, Loyce is capable of enhancing the spell even further by removing such limitations using Alogigenesis, to evolve the spell into a Self Affirmation that is absolute, meaning by the narrative of the character and storyline, it is impossible for Loyce to be possessed. To break past [Absolute Self] one must bypass the narrative, by engaging in a battle of reason on a higher level of narrative. An extension behind [Absolute Self] is that by passively retaining this spell, Loyce's Alogigenesis ability cannot be replicated, as it is a part of his sense of self. This passive ability also appears to be immune to anti-magic, as shown when Aaron Hope attempted to use his [Black Bullet Barrage] on Loyce to no effect.

''2694: I will do nothing. Because I know from here onwards, your people will become aware that there is absolutely nothing you could do to contain me.''
+
==Weaknesses==
+

+
"''There is no satisfaction to being the penultimate. And even if one does experience what is like to be at the top, can they really stay this way for eternity? I have the power to change narratives and realities. But despite how much I try to eliminate the concept of being unsatisfied... I fail each time. This is the flaw behind my character. This is the flaw my cruel author has put on me. I don't want to just die, Yeling. I want to cease to exist.''"

''Surhoff: How so?''
+
- Loyce Hal
+

''2694: Suppose one tried to enclose a creature in a cage. But the room is too dark to see. Too muffled to hear. Too rancid to smell. How certain will they know they have enclosed the creature?''

''Surhoff: I suppose... it would be impossible.''
+
'''Nihilism and Desire for Mortality''': Loyce has repeatedly stated that he does not find satisfaction in his power. And due to his immortality, he cannot be killed even if defeated. This degree of nihilism was such to the point where Loyce contemplated repeatedly battling and defying '''Lord Ginga''' and '''Hakah Mah''' in hopes of being destroyed for good, though the effort only left him defeated and on the brink of death, but "not quite there". A large part behind Hal's defection from his responsibilities as an Inner Shadow to provoke Hakah using Yeling has been for this reason. Despite this level of nihilism, Loyce has at times, hesitated in finding ways to end his existence due to his subordinates, with whom he has taken a mentoring role.

''2694: And why is that, Chief Surhoff?''
+
'''The Great Akuma and Lord Ginga''': Despite possessing the immense reality-warping power of Alogigenesis, Loyce has admitted that he is incapable of defeating neither the Akuma nor Ginga, due to the two being capable of neutralizing and withstanding Loyce's Alogigensis reality warping and narrative bending attacks. This passive ability also extends to the children of the Akuma, such as '''Mahyako''', '''Avalon''', and their descendants, including '''Diana Avarice''', '''Hakah Mah''' and '''Yeling Mah'''. Due to being immune to Alogigenesis, Loyce must resort to his Ultimate Primordial abilities, though despite the handicap, has proven to be still an extremely difficult and borderline impossible opponent to put down.

''Surhoff: We wouldn't be able to know. Because our senses would be disabled.''
+
'''Darwin / User Cathollicr''': Loyce's author and creator. If chosen to do so, the very concept of Loyce being immortal could be eliminated entirely by changing the narrative of Loyce being incapable of using Alogigenesis on his own mortality.

+

''2694: Yes. Because your senses have been taken out of the question. Now extend this scenario to the containment of me. I can take away your senses, yes. But I can do so much more. I can completely eliminate the concept of needing to smell, to see, to hear, to feel... the very concept that a human must require stimulus to experience the world around them, I can will that out of existence. I can even will the cage to not even exist in the first place. I can will that the need to contain me was never there.''
+

+
''Luni: Surhoff, we need to take the precaution that 2694's claims may not be true. It could all be a psychological disorder.''
+

+
''2694: You don't believe me, Agent Luni?''
+

+
''Luni: How did you-''
+

+
(Clattering)
+

+
''2694: Belief. Trust. Your doubts play into the narrative that you don't see me as what I claim to be, and I tell you the truth, there are many here who feel the same way. I know it, because I have seen it. They doubt me, then they fear that doubt, and have attempted to contain me. I have killed your people many times. In many different ways. Through will. Through force. Through magic and through manipulation. The paths all converge to one, unless the belief is changed. And I can do that.''
+

+
''Luni: What are you talking about? To see? Are you saying you can predict the future now?''
+

+
''2694: How do you know we haven't already had this conversation? In the blink of an eye, I could have destroyed this entire universe, along with the people in it, and reversed the whole thing like it never even happened. Within that split second of indecision, Luni, how certain are you that I haven't already killed you but revived you immediately?''

+
===Powers and Abilities===
+
Subject 2694 is an extremely dangerous reality warping entity capable of manipulation to a vast level. The subject claims its name to be '''Loyce Hal''' and had come to "investigate our world for potential". Upon being asked for further clarification, Hal provided none. Since then, Hal's whereabouts are unknown.
+

+
In terms of power, the being known as Loyce Hal has demonstrated manipulation of reality to an extremely high level of mastery. Hal refers to his ability as '''Divine Comedy Reality Warping''', claiming that his ability to "play with the fabric of reality is so refined, that it is almost comical". According to Dossier Section 6.4A, written by Dr. Stroganoff, Ph.D, Stroganoff writes "even amongst reality warping entities, 2694 is on a class of his own. Exhibiting the ability to completely overwhelm fellow reality warping users and even seemingly take the place of an apex in the hierarchy, this entity is amongst the upper echelon of the upper echelon."
+

+
It is currently unknown what the limit of Hal's powers are, as the scope of his abilities are too gargantuan to theoretically quantify with current analytical techniques. The only "apparent" weakness Hal has is his sense of boredom, and it is through this sense of apathy to our world, that he has spared it from destruction.
+

+

+
'''As of this document's compilation, we of the highest officials of UNTIL have identified the following abilities demonstrated by Subject 2694:'''
+

+
'''Violation of the First Law - Destruction and Creation''': Hal has demonstrated the ability to not only create, but to ''destroy all forms of matter, energy, space, and by extension, time itself'', simply by willing it. In terms of destruction, the said object is simply removed from existence completely. Depending on the severity, Hal can destroy the object to the point where all forms of recollection that the object ever existed in the first place is also destroyed. This also implies that Hal is capable of ''destroying the very concept'' of an object itself. Conversely, the creation of an object, as well as time, has also been exhibited by 2694. Examples include the '''Rigel Incident''', in which the supergiant star Rigel of the Orion Constellation was ''erased from existence for a span of five hours'', only to be recreated seemingly instantly. Hal has also demonstrated the ability to create time, a term he denotes as '''Chronogenesis''', seemingly creating time and space in a region such that in the point of view of those within this space, would witness time flow relative to themselves while the outside world is frozen.
+

+
'''Neutralization of Logic and Reason "Divine Comedy"''': Hal's reality bending abilities are capable of not only destruction of matter, space, and time, but also the very fabric of reason. According to numerous case studies, researchers have bore witness to 2694 defying the laws of physics, including gravity negation, force neutralization and physical property manipulation. Examples of Hal using this concept collapsing ability include moving at unfathomable speeds, travelling from planet to planet in a fraction of a second, and surpassing the speed of light without manipulating space and time. Hal's power to completely eliminate logic and reasoning has also taken the form of insurmountable physical strength. Case Report 56E writes "Subject 2694 has demonstrated strength far surpassing any other being studied thus far... the entity known as Loyce Hal was shown to be capable of sinking and altering plate tectonics with just the movements of a finger. The being is capable of strength far exceeding reason."
+
* '''The Staircase of Endless Spirals''': Upon being asked to demonstrate his logic neutralization ability, Hal transported a group of UNTIL officers into a strange dimension that consisted of what they testified as a "series of stairs leading to impossible trajectories, twists and convolutions that were geometrically impossible". The realm consisted of numerous geometric contradictions that had caused the officers to be overwhelmed with a sense of "mind breaking mania".
+
* '''Schrodinger's Eclipse''': During Interview 7E, UNTIL Task Force 67WE449 transported Hal to the location of '''Kigatilik''' to test his Divine Comedy power. Hal approached the fellow Demon King and reportedly overwhelmed him easily. Upon being asked to elaborate, the Task Force explained that it was as if the god was experiencing "excruciating burning and freezing at the same time, temperature extremes that logically would not be possible to happen at the same time."
+
* '''Absolute Word''': The extent of this ability is currently unknown. However, based on what we have observed thus far, Hal has demonstrated the ability to manifest whatever he says into reality. Physical consequences that would otherwise cascade from any changes to reality around Hal are otherwise negated or neglected, meaning the power's scope can not only manifest the uttered word, but could also warp the surroundings such that the world would be affected in a way Hal desires. Hal demonstrated this ability by commanding the moon '''Io''' to be erased from existence without causing gravitational anomalies, and to the disbelief of numerous astronomers who observed the moon and its gravitational fields, the moon was disintegrated instantly.
+

+
'''Absolute Chronokinesis''': Overwhelming evidence suggests that Subject 2694's perception of time far surpasses any entity encountered thus far by UNTIL. Being passively capable of not just perception of the future, but also to ''travel to different points in the timestream'', Hal has been able to predict and alter events that would have taken place, as well as events that have already happened. By doing so, Hal made the claim that "[he had] already destroyed [our] world a hundred times over, as mankind had deemed [him] too much of a threat, while taking [his] claims as a farce, only to have it restored as if nothing happened in the first place". On one occasion, the vigilante '''Nighthawk''' engaged 2694 in a duel, and was incapable of gaining any advantage despite 2694 only relying on physical hand to hand combat. Testimony from Nighthawk claims "his movements and his speed was clearly held back, I knew that much, but even with the extreme handicap, it was as if Loyce was able to predict my movements before I could even execute them. Even feints and psychological elements could not get through to him."

'''Ultimate Primordial Demon Physiology''': In accordance to ancient texts regarding primal creatures provided by Bethany "Witchcraft" Duquesne, the Primordial Demon race was a species that existed even before the appearance of the progenitors of humankind, making them one of the oldest creatures to walk the realm. Extraordinarily powerful variants of demons, the Primordials were said to be both cunning and strong, fighting with both wit and absolute power combined making them the apex species.

| ''If the need to inquire about the primordials has arisen, that means our situation is dire to the existential level. Of all the entities to exist in this world, it was the primordials who developed the one trait that humanity possesses that has allowed us to rise to the current apex. Intelligence. A long time ago, the Duquesne family had once summoned a being who claimed to be a Superior Primordial Demon. The Demon went by the name of '''Dasc''', and despite claiming his body had been severely weakened from having been recently summoned, demonstrated magical power far surpassing the witches. My ancestors had to call upon families and bloodlines of all in the magic community, this included the Hartwig and Caliburn family, predecessors of the well known super villain Valerian Scarlet and Robert Caliburn. It was during this event, known as the Grand Convergence, did the entire magical community of this world do battle against Dasc. Many family lines were eliminated, with very few family lines remaining. Dasc displayed magical power beyond conception, his '''gargantuan raw mana pool''' far exceeded all of the witches and wizards of our world combined by many levels, it was only because of his weakened state were we able to drive him back into his home realm. Dark magic, celestial magic, fire magic, ice magic, fate manipulation, force, even attacks to his spiritual core that required immensely powerful magic circles were '''nullified in his presence'''. Upon casting an extremely intricate anti magic spell on Dasc, we were able to temporarily nullify his magical power, but even so, his inherent physiology was beyond comprehension. '''Invulnerability''' to the point of being able to withstand star level destructive spells made the Superior Primordial nearly impossible to kill. '''Immense strength''' capable of shaking the entire world, and '''unworldly combat instincts''' prevented our world's strongest warriors from engaging the magical titan head on. '''Speed undetectable to the human eye''' prevented us from using our heavy hitting spells, forcing us to rely on faster casting speeds. Even without his magical powers, his very biology as a primordial made him '''comparable to a god'''.''
+

+
''Upon Dasc's defeat, he claimed that he was among one of the more common Primordials, as his evolution state was that of a Superior Primordial Demon. This eluded to the fact that '''primordials are capable of evolution'''. Dasc claimed that there were many more evolution stages a primordial would achieve, and with each level, the entity would become stronger and stronger to the point where their power "surpasses that of abstraction". There my ancestors learned of the true horror of the Primordial Demons, as despite our best efforts, they were only able to win against Dasc because of his weakened state and his lack of interest to conquer our world. A Superior Primordial Demon, they were lucky they had summoned one of the weaker primordials. The hierarchy beyond the Superior Primordial goes Supreme Primordial, Apex Primordial, and finally, the '''Ultimate Primordial Demon''', for which Dasc claimed that this state of evolution has never been achieved before, and that its existence is a myth.''

'''Suppression System''': An interesting discussion with 2694 has revealed that in spite of his tremendous power, the subject has actually found difficulty in suppressing it fully. In multiple occasions, fragments of 2694's monstrous aura have been detected by beings with heightened sensory abilities.

| ''When I encountered this being, it was as if everything I had prepared for, the apocalypse itself, everything I had feared, the battle between heaven and hell, was all meaningless. Because before me, this... no. Monster doesn't even cut it. This '''absolute power''', it felt like all my fears, all of mankind's fears, pooled together into one man. And that man was this creature who called himself "Loyce Hal". You had asked me, Eckhardt, if it was possible to defeat Hal in the scenario where his reality warping powers were disabled. But this isn't like the time with Dasc. Because when I made the decision to peer into his magical signature, it was the worst mistake I could ever make.''
+

+
''Every being has an energy aura. An aura that is comprised of a person's mana, their life force, their strength, their superpowers, even any divine or demonic blessing. The strongest hero I know who has the largest aura was Archmage Robert Caliburn, who's aura was that of a large amethyst the size of an adult cedar tree. As an Archmage, his aura was tremendous, which was expected, as it was what we needed to contain Therakiel. But with Loyce...''
+

+
''It was as if I was peering upon a never-ending erupting volcano, endless white trails of colossal, frightening, absolute, power, emerging from his body like the heads of a hydra. And sprouting from his back, was what appeared to be eight long appendages, almost like roots to four pairs of angelic wings. The aura was so explosive, so commanding, so overwhelming. I felt my body ripping apart just from watching at a distance, the sheer pressure of his magical signature causing my skull to crush from the inside. And do you know what the scariest thing is? Even Loyce knew, because once he saw the horror on my face, he smiled with a smile that was so malicious. He told me that my power of vision would blind me. And he was right.''
+

+
''Watching as Loyce tried to keep his monstrous power in check, even he couldn't find a way to suppress it all from the eyes of those who could see despite using every form of Reality Warping he could try. And so his solution? Make himself weaker. This terrifying aura that I was witnessing... wasn't even remotely close to what this Primordial Demon was truly capable of. He was holding back the entire time.''

To simplify the forms 2694 has taken in an act to try to suppress his power as an Ultimate Primordial, we of the UNTIL Organization have denoted a '''Tier System''' to describe his stages. With Tier 1 being the highest level of suppression 2694 has attempted.
+

+
'''Tier 1''': This was the form Hal has taken most commonly, the highest level of suppression he claims that keeps his aura from passively destroying everything around himself. This form is his most humanoid appearance.
+

+
'''Tier 2''': This form has never been witnessed in person, as the sheer magnitude of the pressure 2694's aura emits would lead to destruction on a global scale. Instead, to witness it, several of our agents, their imaging drones were sent to a different region of space where Hal demonstrated a fraction of what he truly was. Images of 2694's second form were taken on a remote planet, seconds before it and the drone's destruction. During the case study, Loyce claimed that such a form was necessary to "show lesser Demon Lords who were ignorant enough to disregard his humanoid appearance the essence of a real Demon King". This transformation was reportedly capable of passively absorbing the very life force of everything around it, and all forms of energy, entering the dark regions of its "hood". Within seconds of being in this "True Demon Lord Form", the planet began showing signs of death, massive chasms and disintegration of material filled the entire surface, and before any further images of Hal's second form were taken, the planet was already destroyed.
+

+
'''Tier 3''': To demonstrate Tier 3, 2694 subjected several UNTIL candidates to a vision in which the eyewitnesses were transported to an even farther region of the universe, where the passive effects of Tier 3 would not cause any direct damage to Earth's reality. However, Hal was only able to maintain Tier 3 for approximately two minutes before the passive reality warping effects of his form began causing numerous anomalies to appear throughout the fabric of reality. Tier 3's form has been described by the witnesses to take the form of a supermassive nebula, with an "eye" at the centre. Ring like structures surrounded the nebula, to which the witnessed described them to resemble "ring shaped black holes, distorting light and reality all around them, even the reality of 2694's body as well." This suggests that in this form, Hal is capable of passively altering reality around himself to the level, if not greater than that, of a supermassive black hole.

"This is the real deal. This is what you are getting yourself into. By facing me, you are doing what I want. But you don't have any choice. Just as Loki says. A human was never meant to defeat a Demon Lord. Your plot armor has run its course."

- Loyce Hal destroying the narrative of Aaron Hope's character

Great Demon Lord Loyce Hal, also known as Inner Shadow Empire, is the legendary Demon King, easily standing as one of the strongest characters in Darwin's Great Akuma Universe, and potentially the multiverse. Considered by many as the most powerful SS+ Rated Inner Shadow of the infamous Black Legion Organization, Hal's tremendous reputation is succeeded by his feats. His followers are extremely powerful and numerous, from conquering thousands upon thousands of universes and creating countless more realities.

He is one of the major antagonists in Darwin's Great Akuma Universe. As of Beyond the Gods, Loyce is the greatest threat, seconded to Vala the Spirit of Hope.

Powers and Abilities

"A power that rules, not just the domain enclosing oneself, but beyond. Not ever."

- Demon Queen Freya Althuum on Loyce Hal

Ultimate Primordial Demon Physiology: As the only Primordial Demon to reach the final evolution stage of Ultimate Primordial, Loyce exhibits immense and borderline unparalleled power that has only ever been eclipsed by beings such as The Great Akuma and her trusted successors, offspring, and descendants. Loyce is also the strongest Primordial demon in history; his power even surpasses that of Supreme Primordial Sena Ark, the first Primordial and mother of all Primordial demons.

  • Tremendous Physical Strength: Loyce has demonstrated nearly unmatched and immense levels physical strength. A single punch from Loyce was enough to completely disperse and nullify the gravitational effects of Kapstan 667, a supermassive black hole billions of times the size of the Sun. Loyce's strength was to the point where he was able to deflect the strikes of Shosuke "The Devil Monk" Shiki's One Strike Kill style with only a finger, with little to no effort. Even with the combined efforts of The Skyworld pooling their energy into Archangel Erafil, Loyce was able to defeat the Demon Lord in four strikes while holding back.
  • Unmatched Speed: Loyce is capable of performing unbelievable feats of speed, easily outpacing speedsters, and exceeding the speed of light by several orders of magnitude. When in battle, Yeling described Loyce as "moving so fast that he was practically invisible. By the time he had slowed down, it would be too late. There would be no way someone could react to his attacks no matter how prepared or sloppily he had executed them."
  • Immortality and Invulnerability: Loyce's durability has been described as nigh unparalleled. Capable of withstanding the combined magical unison of the galaxy's strongest mages and warriors during his crusade to conquer the world of Demon Lord Leon Valentine, Loyce's immense durability is layered onto his near-infinite regeneration. Due to the combined effects of invulnerability and regeneration, Loyce is considered practically immortal to almost all opponents he has faced.
  • Tremendous Magical Power: Loyce possesses an extraordinarily high amount of magic power, so monumental, that even with fellow SS+ Rated Inner Shadow Jun Gasket using Stage Five Hachi, is incapable of quantifying.

Alogigenesis - The Comedy of Divinity: An extremely powerful and vast esoteric ability that enables Loyce to manipulate, create, and destroy realities, narratives, plot armor, and even the plot of storylines depending on his frame of the narrative.

  • Neutralize the concept of a character's narrative, such as eliminating Apex Primordial Kon the Worldkiller's Absolute Dominion, which was a power that provided him with Infinite Strength.
  • Dethrone Queen Celene, the goddess of her universe by destroying her concept of being the "strongest entity to exist no matter any conditions".
  • Create thousands upon thousands of universes while simultaneously destroying the same number of realities from a single thought.
  • Force Tyrannon the Conquerer to experience fear.
  • Create and destroy time.
  • Eliminate the concept of fate itself, changing the destiny of Hana Alzeron, who was fated to become the wife of Archdemon Jemiel.
  • Warp reality to whatever he wishes, regardless of reason.
  • Transcend narratives and realities.
  • Outsmart countless narrative and reality-bending individuals in a battle of "reason" and "law bending".
  • Defeat Stage Four Susanoo Hakah Mah and Stage Four Hinokami Yeling Mah simultaneously.
  • Reset Vicki Harriet's moral compass.
  • Destroy and recreate Millennium City hundreds of times over without anyone realizing.
  • Defeat Kigatilik with a single ice-based spell, bypassing Kigatilik's inherent concept of ice resistance.
  • Freeze the supergiant blue star, Rigel.
  • Defeat Lucifer in his own domain.
  • Harm his own creator/author, by inflicting several wounds and scratches which manifested themselves overnight on the author's body in a higher narrative.
  • Overwhelm Shosuke Shiki and Aaron Hope by willing them to be petrified by just his name alone.
  • Contain and weaponize anti-narratives, such as Supreme Primordial Aran Sol.
  • Eliminate the effects of Aaron's signature Black Bullets

Genius Level Intellect and Combat Knowledge: As a Primordial, Loyce belongs to a race of beings who were the first known entities to display intelligence in the history of the universe. According to Kon Larum, it was the Primordials who suggested the offshoot of intelligence to other organisms, and thus from them came mankind, a race of beings who displayed evolving intelligence.

  • Outsmarting SS+ Rated Jun Gasket in tactical warfare, using only forty thousand foot soldiers to defeat Gasket's Machine Kingdom of seventy trillion.
  • Defeating SSS Rated Hakah Mah by psychologically influencing her power using her brother, Yeling.
  • Inventing forty-seven new forms of magic using a single runic transcript, an accomplishment that could not be achieved in the history of several millennia by the top mages of Leon Valentine's world.
  • Wield celestial magic, despite being a Primordial Demon, by identifying and adjusting the details of his rune summoning, patterns that differ only by several micrometers.
  • Completely assess the fighting style, strengths, weaknesses, and combat profile, and deduce the past, present, and future of an enemy army amounting to eight nine million soldiers, for each and every single soldier through a single glance.
  • Best Aaron Hope in a battle of wits and gunplay, despite the latter being infamously known for being the greatest gunman in the entirety of the Black Legion easily.
  • Outsmart and defeat Ra'vin the Tribunal, the vast cosmic entity and embodiment of the multiverse, without using Alogigenesis and only relying on his Primordial physical abilities.

Magecraft: Due to Loyce's massive mana reserves and his ingenuity, the magnitude of the Demon Lord's magical spells is tremendous. Even the most primitive of spells have been described by Loyce's victims to be overwhelming, to the point where they were often mistaken as legendary class spells.

  • 100% Mana Efficiency: Historically, the conversion of a mage's mana to energy, be it kinetic, heat, or potential, was at most 46% efficient due to losses from a variety of factors including chant inefficiency, runic inefficiency, and biological spell execution losses.
  • Elite Spell Mastery: Loyce demonstrated expert to grandmaster level mastery of all forms of magecraft, performing all spells and their child spells flawlessly and at absurd magnitudes.
    • Supercosmic Level Magic: A level of magic that was thought to be impossible, as the upper threshold of magic used by its practitioners was Cosmic Magic, Loyce's seemingly infinite mana reserves meant he was capable of calling upon a level of magic even further Cosmic Magic, which later coined the term "Supercosmic". Loyce was the first to weaponize magic to this level and is both the pioneer and only known user of Supercosmic Magic. An example of this level of magic is Loyce's version of Supercosmic Aspectum, which allows him to access the complete profile of anything he encounters through any of his senses. This includes their weaknesses, strengths, habits, and fighting styles.
  • Yvvir - The Legendary Spell of Resurrection: A taboo branch in magecraft that involved resurrecting the dead.
  • Raava - The Legendary Spell of Fate Manipulation: A forbidden and extremely complex branch in magecraft involving traveling within the time stream and undoing the inevitabilities of an individual or select region of a universe's future.
  • Origin Magic Ard Metria - The Affirmation of Self: Origin Magic is a branch of magecraft that was invented by Loyce solely for the purpose of retaining his sense of self, should any attempt of possession be made.
    • Logic Bending Origin Magic - Absolute Self: Though powerful, it is possible for [Ard Metria] to be bypassed by beings of incredible magical prowess, as shown when Rya attempts to possess Loyce once more but uses the full power of her Great Celestial abilities.

Weaknesses

"There is no satisfaction to being the penultimate. I want to cease to exist."

- Loyce Hal

Nihilism and Desire for Mortality: Loyce has repeatedly stated that he does not find satisfaction in his power. And due to his immortality, he cannot be killed even if defeated. This degree of nihilism was such to the point where Loyce contemplated repeatedly battling and defying Lord Ginga and Hakah Mah in hopes of being destroyed for good, though the effort only left him defeated and on the brink of death, but "not quite there".

The Great Akuma and Lord Ginga: Despite possessing the immense reality-warping power of Alogigenesis, Loyce has admitted that he is incapable of defeating neither the Akuma nor Ginga, due to the two being capable of neutralizing and withstanding Loyce's Alogigensis reality warping and narrative bending attacks. This passive ability also extends to the children of the Akuma, such as Mahyako, Avalon, and their descendants, including Diana Avarice, Hakah Mah and Yeling Mah. Due to being immune to Alogigenesis, Loyce must resort to his Ultimate Primordial abilities, though despite the handicap, has proven to be still an extremely difficult and borderline impossible opponent to put down.

Darwin / User Cathollicr: Loyce's author and creator. If chosen to do so, the very concept of Loyce being immortal could be eliminated entirely by changing the narrative of Loyce being incapable of using Alogigenesis on his own mortality.
