Inertia speed generates explosive friction. You'd see her tossing little compacts spheres. She is fast but her ability is quicker. She uses rocket skates and Jetpact from Rave to move even faster. We don't believe she is a mutant but and alien. Rave says, "You might be faster than me Inertia but I am in your head. You can never out run me."
