Abilities

• Precognition - Maximilian's first power to manifest itself. Maximilian is a fairly powerful precog, with the ability to see quite a bit into the future. While it does have its uses, Maximilian has a vocal dislike for his precognitive abilities. His ability to see in the future often makes it hard to tell what period of time he's currently looking at. He often gets confused as to if he's looking into the future currently or he is in the present currently as the two can almost be discernible. Looking into the future can also be a terrifying thing as seeing his own death, or the deaths of those close to him, can be quite traumatic. He also suffers from occasional black outs from a combination of mental straining and not sleeping due to being afraid of having a nightmare.

• Energy Manipulation - Maximilian's second power to manifest itself is his ability to manipulate, project, and event convert various forms of energy. In comparison to his precognition, his energy manipulation is much easier to control. He has shown to be quite adapt at using it, and has shown to be quite powerful when he needs to be. Due to his nature to keep his power in check, it's hard to tell, exactly, what the limits of his abilities are.

• Flight - Using his ability to control energy, Bee can achieve flight. Bee tends to fly at high speeds, while not seeming to be too bothered by any resistances.

• Energy Shields - Bee can project energy shields to protect himself from all manner of attacks. The shields can stand up to quite a bit of damage, but they can be broken. Once broken his shield release all of the energy into the surrounding area. This usually causes Bee to be sent reeling from the sudden burst. It is also possible for Bee to shield others in close proximity, but the more thin he stretches his shields, the weaker they become overall.

Equipment

• Bee helmet - A lot of people may think that Bee's helmet has some special interface or function inside it given the kind of tech other heroes run around with, but it doesn't have any of those. In fact, Bee's helmet isn't even that special at all. Bee's helmet was made from high quality materials that he bought. The helmet does nothing but create Bee's identity and hide Maximilian's. It offers minor protection as well, though this is far less important to Bee anyway. The helmet has a simple mechanism that fits it tightly over his head. While mildly uncomfortable, Bee has gotten used to wearing it. The mechanism keeps the helmet from being pried off by anyone else. At least from a simple pull, it'd still come off with enough physical force.

• Cellphone - What's a teenager without one? Bee's cellphone isn't really special in terms of what it can do, it's pretty normal. It's a flip phone that's pink and has a heart sticker on it. He carries it around with him nearly all the time.

• Metal Cylinders - Bee carries a few metallic cylinders concealed on his person while he's active. The cylinders themselves are solid metal. On their own they're not much, but Bee can fire them with precision accuracy using his own energy. They're convenient to Bee since he doesn't have to put too much force behind it in order for them to be effective, which makes them useful to have for prolonged fights while he expends energy. He can also launch them with powerful force by using electromagnetism.

Weaknesses

• Heavy Impact - Bee's energy shield is strong and can hold against some attacks, but large, fast moving objects with a lot of momentum can break right through his shield fairly easily.

• Anomalies - There are certain things that Bee can't see with his precognition. Things that don't occur naturally in time, such as people traveling back or forward in time, or things from other dimensions. If it doesn't exsist naturally in this universe or flow naturally in the current timeline, Bee's precognition doesn't work on it. Not only does his precognition not work, but things outside his precognition's sight distort his vision making it hard for him to look directly at the cause of it. It can contort the surrounding area, or change the colors of things into something else, among other things.

• Fearless - Generally considered a good trait to be fearless, Bee's fearlessness brinks on dangerous levels. Bee has an extreme confidence in himself and others. Telling him that a god-like entity will come fight him doesn't sway him in anyway. His fearlessness sometimes causes him to underestimate the full capabilities of what he's up against.

• Anything For A Friend - Bee will do anything and go out of his way for someone he considers a friend. However, Bee considers anyone he meets to be his friend. It's easy to trick Bee into doing something if he thinks of you as one.

• Mortal - Despite what Bee may say, he's still an average human and completely susceptible to anything that would kill a normal human.

New Vigil

• Kid Destroyer // Erich Zerstoiten - Despite some of the other members of New Vigil not really wanting to associate with him, Bee is friendly to Kid Destroyer and wishes to become friends with him. While he is generally cautious around Kid Destroyer and has a bit of distrust toward him, Bee still wants to make friends with him. What little Bee knows of Kid Destroyer's past gives a bit of pity toward Kid Destroyer. Not only is it beneficial to have a powerful friend, but Bee wants to help Kid Destroyer move on from his past.

• Arcane Squire // James - James is a pretty good friend overall. He tolerates Bee's odd personality and the two generally get along well, and James was probably Bee's first friend inside of New Vigil. Bee likes James's easy going personality and sees his powers as being very useful. Bee puts a lot of faith in James since James is a pretty frontline fighter.

• Mercy // Charity Corren - The leader of New Vigil. Despite kind of being thrown into the role of being a leader for the group, Bee is really surprised that she continues to serve as the leader. While he doesn't doubt her ability, Bee is just surprised that she has taken to the role of leader at all given her personality. Charity is shy which doesn't really fit the role, but Bee knows she genuinely wants to help people which Bee find very admirable and he respects her for it.

• Galactigal // Samantha Edwards - The other leader of New Vigil. Bee doesn't exactly understand what Galactigal is, but he's still friends with her regardless. The two seem to get along well be it Samantha or Galactigal. Like Charity, given Sam's personality, he's surprised she has taken the role of a leader fairly well. He trusts both Sam and Galactigal, though Galactigal makes sharing secrets difficult since she might say one out loud.

• Stopwatch // Shannon Doxtater - Bee feels a sort of camaraderie between himself and Shannon mostly because they have powers that involve time in some way. Bee can see the future due to his precognition, while Shannon can, at least from what he's seen, stop time amongst other things. He thinks she's a bit shy, but also a kind person. He's hoping she can get out of her shell a bit. Maybe not the best of friends in comparison to others in the group, but Bee wishes the best for her.

• Black Ice // Oliver Black - Oliver is pretty friendly to Bee and the two seem to get along fairly well with each other. Bee trusts Oliver somewhat and tries to maintain their friendship.

• Jet Girl // Sunny Summers - Jet Girl's ability to remain always positive is something that Bee respects and admires. Her happy attitude always seems to make Bee happy. Though he thinks she's a bit too young and happy to be potentially exposed to some of the darker things out there in the world.

• Prankenstein // Jimmy - Bee hardly knows the clown-themed hero, yet he's a friend to him all the same. Prankenstein's sarcastic nature is something that can get a laugh or two out of Bee at times. Still he feels that his sarcasm will get him trouble if he says the wrong thing to the wrong person.

• Blue Freedom // Alexis Monroe - Bee likes Blue. Despite what other people say about her, Bee hasn't been at all reluctant in being friendly toward her. Bee also sees Blue as a sort of confidant, and someone he truly and completely trusts. Blue's constant acceptance of Bee isn't something to take lightly, and Blue has been quite supportive of Bee. He considers himself quite fortunate to be able to see her sweeter side that most others don't see. Recently the two began dating each other.

• Amplitude - Bee enjoys hanging out with the funky blue alien. Bee finds his energetic personality to be very fun. Being a handsome alien man also helps in winning Bee's favor.

• Heartbeat // Taffi - Bee has fun with Taffi, and the two get along very well. Some would say that they have very similar personalities, to which Bee slightly agrees. They're not too different from each other at any rate, but Bee doesn't think they're that much alike either, they're simply both themselves. Taffi has been a pretty great friend toward Bee, and he enjoys hanging out with her.

• M.E.D.I.C. - Like most people, Bee finds MEDIC adorable. Her kind personality makes her seem like a genuine human, or maybe more human than others.
