FILE: NIGHT WOLF

Trey Perrault was born the son of Tyneal Perrault and his wife Chanelle in downtown New Orleans. At a young age they family moved back to Vibora Bay, Trey was a quiet & well-mannered kid, and much to his parents efforts he stayed out of the gang activity that ran rampant is his community. At this precocious age, the seeds of Trey's future looked quite bright........until he entered High School. In High School Trey became quite popular & was naturally athletic and multi-talented in multiple aspects; he was the Varsity Basketball Team Captain, a highly skilled Boxer (former Jr. Golden Gloves Champion) and was Nationally ranked in Track and Field. With his new found popularity he found himself hanging out with the wrong crowd & spent the majority of his time skipping school, but he also showed spurts of good character from time to time by preventing the fore mentioned wrong crowd from attacking younger children or those he deemed to weak to defend themselves. He and his friends would spend endless hours throwing rocks at property and spray painting various areas around the city. At the time Gang activity ran rampant throughout Vibora Bay and the schools where no different, in fact that was the main recruitment HUB for many of Vibora Bay's gangs such as the Dogz(Based in the easternmost reaches of Walton Bay View). Which due to pressure from his peers Trey decided to join. At the time the Dogz were merely a collection of castoffs and rejects from the neighborhood's other gangs who've banded together for mutual protection and the odd minor burglary.

When Trey was 17 (Junior Year), Therakiel Supernaturally Altered the members of all of the gangs, including himself, transforming him into a Werewolf. With this the first seed of The fallen angel, Therakiel was sown, and his plan to ignite the final battle between good and evil begun. It took 2 years before his plan came to fruition and he finally destroyed the city, but during that time during the initial calm, the altered street gangs activities began to rapidly grow resulting in the deaths of both Trey's Mother & Father in an altercation between the Dogz & the Sovereign Sons in which they were innocent bystanders. His mother died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital & his father in the E.R. due to the shock of losing his wife. There were claw marks on both of his parents that were obviously from a Dogz Gang member, leading to him ultimately leave the gang. This incident triggered his hatred for gangs and injustice period. Due to this Trey unconsciously blamed himself for not being there and became disgusted with what he has become and got back on the right track with his education. Trey was then taken in by his grandfather Papa Perrault who was working with the Champions to divert the oncoming Apocalypse. A couple of weeks later Trey found himself in an predicament that would ultimately change his life forever. Due to the gang activity rapidly growing out of control, the city began to fall into great turmoil & in the mist of this Valerian Scarlet was collecting the Powerful Elemental Gems. Eric was aware of this and decided to take action first. Using the Supernatural Powers given to him by Therakiel. Trey quickly located Dr. Ka's hideout & teamed up with the Champions to put an end to the schemes of Therakiel & Valerian Scarlet.

After months of battle the Champions have fallen all that is left is Caliburn, Juryrig & Dr.Ka. Due to Black Mask and Sapphire being ambushed by Amphibian, Sapphire has fallen, and Black Mask is badly wounded. Making Trey their last hope. The remaining heros made their last stand by defending the time Machine that Juryrig built & to their surprise the machine malfunctioned, though the Temporal Quantum Displacement Engine was a long shot from the beginning. After fixing the problem they discovered that there's no way the machine will get enough gigawatts from the city's grid to power up. But there's all kinda of magic energy flying around town & the biggest source of that energy in town at the time was Therakiel. Using this knowledge they devised a plan to Siphon energy from the deity to power the machine and bring Trey back in time to warn the Champions & divert the Apocalypse once and for all. Juryrig "The Nephilim followed you here, Trey! Dr.Ka and Caliburn are going to hold them off, but we need to hurry!" Trey final Siphoned enough energy. Juryrig "You pulled it off, Trey! Wow! Quick, get inside! I need to stay right here. Even if there were enough power to send more than one person back, there's no way that portal will stay stable without somebody at the controls. It's okay, really...I always wanted to be a real hero. If you get a chance, when you go back to the past...say hello, okay?" And with that Trey was sent back into the past 1 year before the Apocalypse. The portal Semi reverted Trey back into a human but his Hearing, Sense of Smell, Reflexes & some of his Strength from his prior Were Wolf form remained, making him a "partial werewolf". Knowing that this would happen and Treys will to remain in the fight Juryrig created the Night Wolf Suit that carries Treys Were Wolf DNA giving him his full wolf like powers when he wears it, aswell as a vial of his wolf DNA for him to give to the Juryrig of the past to synthesize. Upon arriving in the past he went directly to Dr. Ka's manor and updated them on the situation, they then directed him to Juryrig. He was happy to see his old friend alive and well even though Juryrig was unaware of what happened. After a long conversation Juryrig decided to synthesize the DNA so he could replicate batches for Trey and updated the suit so that Trey could better assist Caliburn & the Champions, thereafter Trey then dawned the moniker Night Wolf, Vibora Bays Night Avenger.

Endless nights were spent helping Juryrig complete the Temporal Quantum Displacement Engine. All for this moment that last chance at avoiding the Apocalypse.

FILE: PERSONALITY PROFILE

Night Wolf's courage is amazing - he has faced so much danger and monstrous opponents straight from a nightmare since his early teens that he seems to be fearless and take physical pain in stride without much of a shock. To him it’s a mere part of his job, and he can actually defy physical or mental torture with a smile. Even when badly hurt, he’ll still act in a stalwart and generous way, saving innocents and bearing little grudge. Likewise, although his life has been a terrifying emotional grinder, he’s outgoing, gentle and well-adjusted. Despite being a huge hit with the ladies with his attractiveness, confidence and boy next door charm, his romantic life keeps turning into a minefield through little fault of his own. He keeps trying, though and has an easy, flattering, gently flirting manner. His flirtatious nature stems from him longing for human attention having spent the last few years grieving the loss of his parents and being virtually alone during the the Vibora Bay Apocalypse of his original time line, Trey is defiant and does not like being told what to do or being dismissed. He often masks that pain with a smile and behaves with an air of extreme confidence, due in large part to the fact that......well what can I say the man has SWAG. This makes him exceedingly overconfident in his abilities to the point that he ignores the help of others and impulsively throws himself into situations that he cannot handle on his own, or causes him to make impulsive decisions that he soon comes to regret. Despite this confidence, he worries about living up to the moniker given to him be the city "Vibora Bay's Avenger of the Night".

Due to the fact he came from a Post-Apocalyptic world before time traveling and hasn't really had the opportunity to interact with anyone until recently, Trey is somewhat too forward at times and has a hard time showing his emotions correctly due to not being around people for years, always masking his true feelings behind that smile and confidence. Trey has matured considerably over the past few years. As Night Wolf, he is more driven and focused which has been noticed greatly through his temperament.

FILE: SUIT & FUNCTIONS

The Night Wolf suit was developed by Juryrig for Trey, the armor has separated plating to allow more flexibility and speed. The NightWolf Suit is based on an advanced infantry armor system constructed from Nomex, the first layer of protection is an undersuit with built-in temperature regulators designed to keep the wearer at a comfortable temperature in almost any condition & reinforced joints that allow maximum flexibility and mobility. The second layer of protection consists of armor built over the chest, calves, thighs, arms, and back. This armor is made of hardened Kevlar plates on a titanium-dipped fiber and is broken into multiple pieces of armor over the flexible bodysuit for greater mobility. Unlike many other Superheroes, Night Wolf's suit does not have a cowl or cape allowing the wearer to freely swivel and move his neck without moving the rest of his upper torso. Lastly the gauntlets,feet & chest regions contain an extra protective Scalloped Questionite plating for extra hand, feet, rib, lung & heart protection. When activated the suit injects Trey with his synthesized Werewolf DNA, essentially giving him his werewolf powers from his time in the Post-Apocalyptic Vibora Bay and more.

CLAWS: Two sets of retractable and extendable Questionite claws embedded in the fingers of the gloves like nails. They serve as both utility and the primary combat weapon of Trey during combat. The claws are exceptionally strong and razor sharp. The claws are capable of damaging other metals as well.

ROCKET BOOTS: The Rocket boots were developed by Juryrig and allows for accurate and precise jumps from location to location, giving Night Wolf the mobility and tactical flexibility that that he would lack otherwise. Unlike the Jet Boots used by many Power Armored Heroes, these do not provide him with a permanent airborne presence or the ability to accurately fight and hover. Unlike the Jet Boots, the Rocket Boots utilize rocket thrusters for propulsion.

REGENERATION: Night Wolf’s body naturally heals at a faster rate than your average human. But when his suit converts to Feral mode it injects double the synthesized Werewolf DNA into his system giving him a beast-like posture and turns the lighting on his suit red. In this mode he regenerates most (if not all) damaged or destroyed tissues and organs at a rate which exceeds that of any normal human. The rate of regeneration is proportional to the damage caused. This process is automatic and Night Wolf seems to have no control over it, outside of switching his suit to Feral Mode. His healing factor, however, does not seem to stop Night Wolf from feeling the pain of his wounds nor the pain of his body regenerating itself.

FILE: HELMET

The helmet's shell is made of an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene material. It is meant to provide better protection against small-arms fire and fragmentation than the Advanced Combat Helmet used by the military. The helmet is also protect's against certain rifle projectiles, so it is virtually bulletproof. The helmet is of the "full helm" type and thus offers complete coverage but does offer good mobility. The helmet is compatible with the camouflage functions of the Night Wolf Suit. The defining feature of the helm is its shape, models after the head of the timber-wolf to compliment the wolf like theme of the Night Wolf Suit.

The helmet has been shown nearly impenetrable to fragments fired by test guns. In a v50 test, guns were unable to attain the velocity required to get 50% of the fragments through a helmet. The helmet has exceeded the 35% ballistic improvement requirement. The Helmet includes the HT8950/HT8950A, a single chip LSIs designed for voice modulation. These devices provide seven steps to shift the frequency of an input voice signal up and down. The chips are also equipped with two special effects; Vibrato and Robot. The HT8950/HT8950A include a built-in 8-bit amplifier, A/D converter and current output type of 8-bit D/A converter in addition to a built-in SRAM, capable of volumes up to 160dB, which is high enough to bust eardrums.

The helmet's design allows for the addition of devices such as communications and night-vision equipment. The brightness of the LED indicator changes with the functionalities of the suit.

FILE: POWERPACK BELT

The PowerPack Belt is a specialized belt Night Wolf wears to power his crime-fighting gear. The PowerPack belt is a battery pack that powers the Night Wolf suit and its many functions like the suits Camouflage & Night-vision capabilities. The Powerpack contains 16 individual battery pods, each with an isolated DC-DC converter. Pod architecture and onboard power electronics optimize performance across the array and enable easy swapping at any time.

Design: The Powerpack uses a high volume, high reliability architecture tested over the one billion miles driven in Model S. Combined with hundreds of embedded sensors, Powerpack offers unparalleled performance, safety and reliability.

Thermal Control: An internal liquid cooling and heating system allows for pinpoint temperature control within a Powerpack. A dual coolant and refrigerant loop system, adapted from Model S, ensures maximum performance in all climates with better efficiency than air cooling.

FILE: FANG (GRAV-BIKE)

The Fang is a bike without wheels that uses a propulsion system that grants the cycle the ability to hover. The bike is powered by a high-performance, water-cooled, single-cylinder engine - geared toward the lower end for faster acceleration and with no exhaust pipes. The exhaust is routed through the hollow steel/aluminum/magnesium tubing used for the frame of the bike. The Fang is steered by the shoulders instead of hands, and the rider's arms are protected by shields. The two foot pegs are set 3½ feet apart on either side of the tank, which the rider lies on, belly down. The engine noise was designed around the shepard tone, for which sound effects came, in part, from the sound of the Tesla Roadster's electric motor.

FILE: SUPERNATURAL STRENGTH

Trey's strength is tremendously enhanced beyond the peak of human potential due to lingering werewolf cells remaining in his DNA after the time jump(much like his other skills), moving into the early levels of superhuman condition. His near-superhuman strength allows him to physically overpower combatants including humans as well as alien subservients such as the Qularr. He can lift and support great amounts of weight, as seen during the Arrest of Viper-X when he shifted the weight of a 2.14-ton car with one hand.

FILE: SUPERNATURAL PHYSICAL CONDITION

Treys's musculature produces fewer fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of an ordinary human and his body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing chemicals in his muscles. This allows him to exert himself at peak capacity for several hours before tiring or slowing down, granting him exceptional endurance and lung capacity greater than normal humans.

FILE: SUPERNATURAL AGILITY & REFLEXES

Trey's agility is outstanding, far greater than Olympic athletes. He can coordinate his body with high levels of balance, equilibrium, flexibility, and dexterity. He is capable of leaping great distances with great accuracy. This agility highly enhances his reflexes & speed which he utilizes proficiently during battle.


FILE: ANIMAL INSTINCTS

Night Wolf possess super-human senses including hearing & smell due to the instincts gained from his lingering wolf DNA. These senses allow him to track prey similar to dogs. Night Wolf has extraordinarily accurate hearing as he could hear light breathing from 200 ft away, when it comes to smell, he has a highly developed olfactory sense and memory that allows him to detect and track a scent over 8 hours old with a concentration of 20 parts per million.
Due to the development of his Animal Instincts Trey can also control wolves if they accept him as their Alpha. Currently his pack consists of a pair of Black Wolf siblings, which he has named Koda (female) & Kovu (male).

FILE: HALF-HUMAN

Night Wolf is very vulnerable without his suit, he is only human albeit a human that still has lingering wolf-like abilities from his Post-Apocalyptic life as a werewolf. He is limited by his body but does have supernatural abilities that stem from his former werewolf DNA making him the pinnacle of human fitness. He is susceptible to the same weaknesses that any regular person is with a little extra resistance due to those lingering wolf-like abilities (Heals a little quicker then regular humans). Due to this he has to wear an armored outfit and have well-honed skills in order to fight crime and cause minimum damage to himself.

FILE: SENSORY OVERLOAD

One of Night Wolf's weaknesses is the fact that his heightened senses could be taken advantage of. For instance, while fighting a villain who used sound as a weapon, he was nearly killed by the villain's thunderclaps due to his heightened sense of hearing.

Carlton Coleman, aka Twilight Bolt, is a childhood friend of Trey's and an archery prodigy from the moment he picked up a bow. He moved from Vibora Bay to Millenium City to attended Ravenswood Academy on a full scholarship, and there were even hopes for the Olympics. But not everything proceeds as planned. As Carlton was leaving the qualifying event, he witnessed a supervillain attacking a civilian. Having his bow and arrow on hand, he quickly put a stop to that - and found that helping people gave him a thrill that no athletic competition ever had. He took up the mantle of the Twilight Bot, hitting the streets and talking down villains who threaten his hometown of Vibora Bay.

Damon Armstrong, aka Juryrig, is a brilliant if highly eccentric engineer from Vibora Bay. He first adopted the Juryrig identity to get revenge on VIPER after they stole and repurposed his inventions, waging a campaign of harassment against their Vibora Bay operations, while getting a reputation as a small time prankster hero. Then he vanished without a trace, only for a patchwork cyborg to emerge from his warehouse lab a month later. Still recognizably Juryrig, but older, grizzled and haunted by an experience he refuses to discuss with anyone, his former mirth and bluster are gone. Still jovial and friendly, but now underconfident, and makes frequent trips to Millennium City to compare notes with Dr. Silverback. Based from an unassuming garage in downtown Vibora Bay, Juryrig lends his expertise to any hero stalwart enough to combat the occult threats of that city, most notably to the Vibora Bay hero Night Wolf. For whom he created all of his equipment.

FILE: BLACK FANG
THREAT LEVEL:

James Talmadge was your nice college boy, with an interest in martial arts and a judge for a father. Unfortunately, He wound up cursed for the latter, inflicted with lycanthropy as leverage over his father when the Demonologist wanted a judge in his pocket. For months, James was doomed to become a werewolf on every full mon, or when he became angry or frightened. As time went on, the wolf within grew stronger, smarter, eventually devolping a consciousness of his own and calling himself Black Fang.

Eventually, however, Black Fang had strange dreams and visions, a sudden urge to travel south to Vibora Bay. there, a power other than the Demonologist put forth a contract, granting Black Fang the freedom he wanted, to go and kill where he wanted, and would make James a minor nuisance. In return, Black Fang would come running when his new master called. Recognizing the greater predator, Black Fang accepted.

Now Black Fang stalks the streets of Vibora Bay, having joined the Dogz street gang upon learning they too were neither wolf nor man, and has set his sights on overthrowing Guy Sweetland as leader of the pack.

A centuries old Vampire, Vladic Dracul claims to have once been Prince Vlad Tepes II, the father of Vlad The Impaler and thus Dracula. Born an illegitimate son of Mircea I of Wallachia, he spent his youth at the court of Sigismund of Luxembourg, who made him a member of the Order of the Dragon in 1431 (hence his sobriquet). Sigismund also recognized him as the lawful voivode of Wallachia, allowing him to settle in the nearby Transylvania. Vlad could not assert his claim during the life of his half-brother, Alexander I Aldea, who acknowledged the suzerainty of the Ottoman Sultan, Murad II.

After Alexander Aldea died in 1436, Vlad seized Wallachia with Hungarian support. Still acting like a medieval warrior king, Vladic seeks to carve out a vampire nation from the dark corners of Vibora Bay, but isn't quite as powerful as he believes himself to be. But, with the patronage of his new, unseen master, that could very well change...




FILE: BARON CIMITIERE
THREAT LEVEL:

The new leader of the Sovereign Sons gang in Vibora Bay, Baron Cimitiere is a practitioner of the blackest voodoo magics, passing his dark teachings down through the ranks so that the sons now trade in necromancy as well as drugs.

Baron Cimitière is one of the Ghede Lords or Lords of the dead as well as Baron Samedi and Baron La Croix in Voodoo. He is said to be a guardian of the cemetery and protects its graves. Like the other Ghede he's smartly dressed in a tuxedo/suit with tails and a top hat. He has expensive tastes and just like the other Ghede Lords enjoys the finer things in life as well as being known to often use profanity to express himself. Some people visually perceive him as appearing with a skull face paint.

What the Baron's followers don't know, is that Cimitiere is little more than a puppet for the darker aspects of the voodoo Loa, but that he serves something older and eviller still, whom he calls "De big 'alf and 'alf"...

A brilliant but lazy and self absorbed party girl, Valerie Hartwig decded to make something of herself when she and her soon to be very dead boyfriend dabbled in black magic and summoned the demon Karathios. While the boyfriend died horribly, Valerie kept her cool and negotiated a deal with the demon. In return for the slivers of life force bled from whole crowds of people, Valerie would gain immortality, eternal youth and mystic power. To uphold her end of the bargain, Valerie, now calling herself Valerian Scarlet, used her contacts to open the dance club Minefield, where club patrons would blame merely dancing the night away for the weakness in the morning, rather than Valerian's ritual magic cutting away bits of their souls.

For years this continued, Valerian insinuating herself into the occult underground of Vibora Bay, until she got a job offer from the city's secret master to become his herald, power ever greater still, and all Valerian would have to do was help bring about the apocalypse. and ever hungry for more power, she accepted.


FILE: THERAKIEL
THREAT LEVEL:

A mighty angel, Therakiel's power was exceeded only by his pride. when Lucifer rebelled and led his forces against God, Therakiel did not join him, not out of any loyalty to Heaven, but his belief that he would defeat both Lucifer and God, and thus rule all creation. Therakiel himself still isn't exactly sure what happened next. he advanced on both the powers with his intent set in mind, and the next moment he was on fire and screaming as he was cast out of heaven. But he did not fall all the way. the demons of the newly created Hell knew Therakiel's ambition, and they shut and barred the gates to him, forcing Therakiel to collide face first into the base ground of Earth.

For centuries, Therakiel slumbered, waking only to tend to tend to his injuries and bemoan his fate. about him, the power he had forever lost seeped out and into the land above his cavern lair, imbued with arcane energies both fair and foul. time passed, and Therakiel finally had sanity enough to plot anew, scheming now to rule the thrones of both Heaven and Hell. the mortals now teeming above him would be his tools, and the land they would one day name Vibora Bay would be the birthplace of the Apocalypse of Therakiel's design.

Now, in the modern age, Therakiel's schemes bear fruit. In the darkest corners of Vibora Bay, the foulest creatures serve him on bended knee. not merely the vampires, werewolves or sorcerors, but demons and fallen angels both seduced to the Half Way Angel's banner. Never before has Therakiel come so close to victory, but he knows he stands upon the knife's edge. He must tread more carefully than ever, lest Heaven And Hell take notice, and unite to finish the job they started. Worse yet, Therakiel has learned that his destiny is yet undecided, that his final defeat, if it comes, shall be at Mortal hands, the ultimate insult. To this end, Therakiel now obsesses over this. Before, those with potential were seduced into his legions, but now, more often than not he has them destroyed, and he's starting to realize more eyes than Therakiel would like are noticing that the bodies are starting to pile up...
