Contents
Background and Origin
Pre-Experimentation
(Bare in mind, this is all confidential information that would only be accessed by high levels officers within UNTIL) Mitchell Harkman was a Cold War veteran trained in the Navy Seals, leaving much of his past life behind. Rounding up a few friends, Harkman began to be given the nickname 'Arsenal' for his quick learning of firearms and planning. During his service, he was charged with military crimes after nearly killing an officer in the field. Rumors are that the officer was throwing lives away into a known danger zone of artillery fire, and Harkman had snapped when he found out. During his imprisonment, scientists were conducting profile collections for a project. A cloning project that would end the use of precious lives thrown into war, these subjects were expected to be effective, brilliant, and have undying loyalty to their cause. Harkman and a few others agreed to the test. What followed were failures after failures due to the lack of technology. Harkman was never heard from again and presumed dead. Reports came in that a lone scientist of the project had reconstructed Harkman with cybernetics, but this proved to be more inhumane. It is believed that Harkman had been in hiding for years, his anger building up as he looked to find someone to blame for what occurred. The building where the cloning project was held was shut down. No one knew if there was ever any success for years to come.
Post-Experimentation
Jump a couple years ahead, after the Battle of Detroit. Harkman, now cybernetic, reappears with a group of rebels that he had convinced to join his cause in bringing down Until and anyone he thought was responsible for what happened to him and the lives lost at Detroit. Within this conflict, a clone was discovered by rebels in the far off town of Vibora Bay. This clone had also called himself Mitchell Harkman along with his local friends. The rebels had convinced the clone to join up with them for a decent price. The clone proved to be as effective as he was promised to be years ago (Minus the loyalty).Battle upon battle, Arsenal challenged capes and soldiers on the field. It was only until the final operations that the clone had unexpected doubts, and had to be cast aside by Harkman himself through a rough battle. The confrontation proved to weigh a heavy heart and mind on the clone as he constantly questioned his purpose in the world. Once the clone was decided on taking revenge, he started to dub himself as 'The Arsenal'. Arsenal joined forces with Until to end the riots led by Harkman. Casualty reports claimed that both Arsenal and Harkman died on that day. Truth is that Arsenal still lives, often masking his true identity but still seeking purpose, questioning doubts, imperfections, and existence to only fight. He is an agent that is often rumored among the soldiers of Primus and Until.
Strengths, Weaknesses and Attributes
Strengths
- Increased Adrenaline sense capable of sensing danger, but relies on Arsenal's movements to avoid it.
- Focuses on body movement in close quarters combat (Knives, Hand-To-Hand).
- Extreme defenses via Titanium-made skin layer, bones and Titanium Alloy armor with multiple layers of armor padding and Tungsten.
- Acts in Defense to read his opponent.
- Degrades his opponent by taunting them or insulting them. To throw them off, though this rarely happens.
Weaknesses
- Brutal in his own ways, often questionable mentality. A ruthless nature of action.
- Cannot counter magic abilities.
- Extreme heat cuts through his armor.
- A smartass, plain and simple.
Attributes
Durable - Due to experimentation, Arsenal has been given abilities to be the most effective soldier on the field. Scientists have made him to be durable without his armor with Titanium bones and skin.

Gear and Equipment
Gear
Weapons - Mostly prefers Pistols and small arms for ranged combat. In close combat, Arsenal uses energy blades attached to his armor bracers for close quarters combat. Otherwise, Arsenal will use what he requires. If he requires C4 in planning, he'll use it.
Armor - Arsenal has forged multiple types of his armor over the years. They carry the same red stripe across the right side shoulder pad, armor plate, bracer and leg armor. It's believed he does this to feel as unique from his counter part as possible.
Gadget - For any travelling Arsenal does on his own, he'll either use a gravbike or use normal transportation to remain hidden.
General Perception
The general public that have seen Arsenal would find him to be questionable due to his brutal sense of fighting, a style that he finds himself using more often than tactical approaches. The media would start theorizing about the past, his similarity to Harkman or whether Teleios had started a new cloning project.
