Limelight is a Millenium City Anti-Hero. He is notorious for changing sides at a moments notice and is seen several time of on both sides of the law. No one really knows were Limelight came from or even who he is.
Powers, Skills, and Attributes
Skills
Fighting - Limelight uses a blend of hand-to-hand techniques to create a unique combat style. There is the appearance of several different styles of training in his movements. Where he got this training is unknown, but he appears to be quite adequate, if not proficient, at it.
Gear and Equipment
Gear
Costumes - Limelight wears mainly just one costume, black with green stripes, with Kevlar woven into the fabric. This outfit was designed and created by an unknown individual. How he got this costume is unknown, but there are some leads being investigated.
GX-S5 Weapons System - A weapon system that in it's Prototype Stage. Using this system, Limelight can 'shoot' beams of 'light' which, depending on the setting, can heal or damage individuals.
X-79A Jet Pack - Limelight employs the use of a Prototype Jet Pack, which he.... 'acquired'. Legally, of course. The X-79A was designed for military use: It's purpose was to help transport/rescue soldiers and civilians that were trapped in extreme Hot-Zones.
General Perception
Limelight is a mysterious costumed hero and villain infamous for changing sides at the whim of the moment. He has been the subject of many police investigations, and, as a consequence, several goose chases.
