Broken Links seem to be related to missing files and missing pages - a lot of these may be down to typos and transposition errors, some may be pages that havent been moved from old primus site but are linked on pages that have moved. [[Special:WantedFiles]] seems like a good place to start as there are only 370 errors on it.  [[Special:WantedPages]] is a bit tougher there are more - but glancing at first page it may be that people have inadvertently put [ ] around names and these are creating the problem. 08:43, 21 March 2014 (MST)
:additional just went through a bunch of pages in "boken links" category - All Star stories and added a category and they disappeared from the broken links. It may be a database indexing issue that is fixed by resaving the pages in a lot of cases. Fixed [[Captain Adamant]]. For the pages with the messed up formatting which cause the odd display issue on the category footer etc, the easiest way I found of looking for and fixing it is to cut each individual section from the page onto a new page - e.g [[TestPage]] and preview them in turn to see where the issue is appearing and then look to see what it is - usually it's that they have forgotten to close an html tag they have opened e.g every <nowiki><div></nowiki> must have a <nowiki></div></nowiki> Quite often if they are using the profile template they have simply deleted the closing div statements at the very bottom of the page. -- [[User:Liath|Liath]] ([[User talk:Liath|talk]]) 17:17, 31 March 2014 (MST)

:my @Liath category is in the < noinclude> section of the templates so doesn't get pulled through when the template is used, only on the template page itself. 

<hr>Fixed. Unfortunately I havent found anything to parse mediawiki code. You can check the whole webpage at W3C but that doesnt really work for mediawiki sections. Only way is to go through the code checking that every open div has a /div.
