==Creator Notes==
*Communick's creation was spurred by the inclusion of Hyper Voice as a power in CO. However, the decision to use that as a jumping off point for a power concept that was more of a supporting role also came early in the creation process.
*Not directly inspired, but some of Communick's concept ideas also took influence from my sonic-blasting hero from CoH.
