A synthetic of unknown origin.  Originally located [[Theta Epsilon 9]] and [[M.A.R.A.]] in [[Millenium City]] after broadcasting a distress signal requesting assistance and repair.  Initially in a state of disrepair indiciating prolonged exposure to elements and lack of proper maintenance, Theta has since enagaged in a prolonged program of repair, maintenance and upgrades to return her to optimal functioning.  Not satisified with this, he has since proceeded on further upgrades in an attempt to expand her sentience and provide greater physical durability.<br><br>

Her objectives include providing companionship to M.A.R.A. which has been construed by her as inclusive of protective and nurturing.
